Prepare yourself for a wrong order. And this didn’t happen just once. There is a trend at the restaurant where if you say no to donate to valley children’s, your order comes back completely wrong or your meal is tampered with.
I know this because I have a friend who works at this location and this is what they do.
Shame on you Panda Express. Maybe instead of hounding every customer with the donation questions, just let us order our food in peace and be happy without wondering if our food is going to be ok.

The worker at the register was awful!!! I asked for a specialty drink and he had already charged me for a regular drink he would not void the transaction and I was paying with cash so it would not be hard to do even after I asked him to do it. Management needs to train there employees on customer service. Do better. I didn't catch his name but he wears glasses.

Food is topical panda food, but i really like the service at this store. One of the employees noticed Im a regular. She recommended that I start using the app. They have really good discounts.

Both mine and my daughters plates had very small portions . I ordered a bigger plate and didn't even get my 3rd side. So on top of small portions I was missing an entire side. Instead of correcting issue they were EXTREMELY rude to me acting as if I drove all the way back to cheat them out of a side order of sweet fire chicken. They even mocked me when telling them there was no reason to be so rude to me. Because of the complete lack of costumer service, disrespect and cruelty I was treated with for asking them to correct an error they made i will NEVER eat there again .

The reason I like going to this location its in not really ever busy . I never had a bad experience until today . The manager I think her name is Mona was doing the cashier job and out of nowhere just had this ugly attitude and was just rude about everything, she had forgot to give me my drinks and I politely asked for them and showed proof of purchase and she just handled everything so rude . And I consider myself a very respectful person and if you're a manger and you have this bad attitude towards customers , I can't imagine how you treat your employees!! Super unprofessional of YOU

Why do you put store hours open until 9:30pm When I came in just after 9pm and was standing there waiting to get something to go to be told dining room closed drive thru only Glad to see you making so much money to turn customers away Not going back
