I was very pleased with my visit. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but I did a mobile order so I walked in and sat down to wait for the ready text well a lady I believe she was the manager right away came up and asked if I was waiting on an order and immediately went to check on the status. At the time they were filling a HUGE order so I didnt expect my food to be ready right away but they were on it! Food was hot and fresh. Very happy with my experience.

I went to order a bigger plate and the fried rice was horrible the bejing beef so hard felt like they don’t check the food for freshness . Then I went back they replaced the order with no drink like they need to realize that when you purchase the food you also purchase a drink. That drink tasted like mold but the girl that replaced the order only put the food….Do better Panda

Prepare yourself for a wrong order. And this didn’t happen just once. There is a trend at the restaurant where if you say no to donate to valley children’s, your order comes back completely wrong or your meal is tampered with.
I know this because I have a friend who works at this location and this is what they do.
Shame on you Panda Express. Maybe instead of hounding every customer with the donation questions, just let us order our food in peace and be happy without wondering if our food is going to be ok.

The worker at the register was awful!!! I asked for a specialty drink and he had already charged me for a regular drink he would not void the transaction and I was paying with cash so it would not be hard to do even after I asked him to do it. Management needs to train there employees on customer service. Do better. I didn't catch his name but he wears glasses.
