I have been in line with people behind me for 30 minutes..there is a couple in front of me and that is it ..I am here at 10:38 in the morning they are so unorganized.. broccoli is not done they have not asked us if we need help.

We love panda and this location is very busy but the staff is nice friendly and they work fast. Wait time is a bit long but worth it.

I come every other day for small things like a a box of chow mien and a soda & normally it takes less than 5 min to pick up my order that I placed 30min - 1 hr before pick up , even on busy days it doesn’t take long , but to wait 10 min and be ignored by the cashier is not okay. I’ve worked in fast food and pick up orders are real easy to confirm and get them on their way especially when the food is ready . I just don’t appreciate being ignored .

The food at this place is great. But make sure you check your bag… I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through. I asked for napkins, forks, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. I only got the food… no napkins, no forks, no sauce.

And no receipt!!!

If I had gotten my receipt, I would have done their survey and nobody else would have known about it. Instead, I am doing it on Google for everybody to see.

Food was just as good as I expected, but do better guys …

Employees are rude and they act like if they own the restaurant, they guard the condiments packets like if it’s gold and the food portions are half the scoop now. The managers are also a joke, Denying returns when THEY messed up orders so just complain through the website.

We didn’t get to try the food but when my husband walked in to order the workers laughed at him then they lied and said they were closed but when I called they mentioned that the dine in was closed but drive thru was open yet they didn’t think that would be kind to have shared that with my sweet husband while he was there very tired after work trying to get his wife something to eat! Rude people & shame on them for trying to embarrass my husband out of their own insecurities & boredom!
