I hadn't eaten there since last year..What a difference!! I got the orange chicken and half chowmein/ half rice in a bowl. The orange chicken was soggy and though the serving bowl was very full so it wasn't bottom of the barrel, the food was lukewarm at best. I think they turned down their heat warming bulb to save energy..Also the bowl was only 2/3 full it did not even come up near the top. they had raised the price about a dollar as well!!terrible I'm not going back!!

Dining area is nice, staff are friendly enough and food is good. I avoid ordering from the app now at this location as they frequently (3 times now) forget to include everything paid for and the order is wrapped up with so much tamper resistant tape it's a sad affair to verify order integrity before leaving and no less frustrating at delivery.

Workers can not read to save their lives. All our 3 plates were made wrong and sloppy. Worst panda I have been to. How do you mess up putting food in a box?

While I was waiting to order I seen a huge rat running around on the side of the building eating something so when I actually got to the microphone to place my order I politely told the worker that I’ve seen a rat and that I didn’t want anything and that they need to call a pest exterminator because that is very unsanitary. She said i totally understand what you mean. Please don’t go here it’s disgusting and unpleasing. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!
