This place is so dirty the food was gross I just had a few bites and I knew it wasn’t good . The restaurant was dirty as soon as you walk in the tables , floor everything was a mess drinks and food all over the floor. Yuck my mistake for wasting my money here I don’t recommend this place to anybody !

NEVER NEVER EVER buy a Panda gift card. We purchased one on a Christmas “special” right before Christmas 2024. Went in to this branch with a $30 card. First time using it. The employee ran through the cards several times, said it didn’t work and finally told me there was a $0 balance. Had to pay in cash. Been trying to resolve the problem with their corporate office for months. Their response is that we zeroed out the card in a store. Can’t tell me which store, what we bought, only that it was zeroed out on another day in January, not the day that I went in. GIANT RIP OFF AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m sure the employee ran through the card and cashed it out of the register at the end of the day.

The lady was super busy and behind on orders but she still took the time to greet us and even though we had to wait for like 10 minutes her service was amazing! I didn’t get her name but she can definitely work under pressure. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were great! Went again for dinner and Andrew has great customer service as well! This location is just great overall.

I tried giving this location a second try but the portion sizes are ridiculous small. The location on Blackstone would never give such a little amount of food especially for a plate. I’m disappointed and I’m sure if it’s staff or instructions from management to serve such small portion sizes.
Good food at great prices. I love the orange chicken. The bigger plate is perfect for my husband and I to share.

Service was unpleasant. The worker “Jay” was very rude to us about our food. We asked for the beef broccoli and she told us that we can “pick something else or wait.” We said we would wait and she tried to push picking something else. Her coworkers appeared very miserable and her whole interaction with us was hostile. Choose this place as a last resort Panda location.
