To say the service was slow would be a huge understatement. No people in line, they told they had 2 orders ahead of me, and it took them over 50 minutes to get us our food. I had to ask 3 times for my food while they served other customers who came and ordered after us.
Food was terrible. Seriously the worst! 01/01/25 6:45 PM. The cashier dropped my food and didn’t say anything, But the Server was the absolute Best!

The food at this place tends to be good. The customer service is always top notch, and you always feel welcomed! The employees here are consistently friendly. They did make a mistake on my order, but other than that it’s overall great! This location is definitely worth recommending
Me and my wife went for some food the girl serving our food, totally forgot about us and did not finish filling our tray because other customers came in after us we Sat there waiting watching as everyone after us came were being served and our plates were sitting on the counter... so I asked her why haven't our plates been filled and pointed at them so she got upset and said to me that I didn't want to pay and then that we went to the bathroom but yet our plates were still not filled... very bad experience at this panda express we return and I see that same girl I will walk out I will not go to this panda express as long as that same girl is working.... she is a lier and doesn't have people skills working in a place like this... and if you read more reviews one customer says that they were not allowed to use the restroom because it's for employees only... she need to be fired... my opinion...

Terrible. Ordered food online. Waited an extra 15 passed time told for order. Arrive to them not even working on it and instead helping other customers. Already paid for and now it's 25 minutes past. Smh. Terrible business owners and staff
Orange Chicken was either burnt or old, dry and hard, and that's after putting an order at 7:50pm and pickup time of 8:01, and getting it at 8:11pm because they hadn't worked on any online orders and kept ignoring my order while serving other in line who hadn't ordered or paid yet. There was no organization of the staff and they were running around and into each other with no apparent leadership. It's a shame because other nearby ones have never been like that when I've gone and in the past it was not this bad. Would do 0/10 for the experience.

Friendly service from a hard working crew. Had a pleasant greeting from the young woman who took our order. When it slowed down, I observed her reloading plastic ware, napkins, etc. followed by thoroughly cleaning tables. Some owner has a great employee!!! Food was served hot & tasty. A good store indeed.
