This is another edit to my last update. Everything was five stars! . I just want to let everybody know that that the word for the day is dipper! Dipper at panera. Sandwich is to die for! I just wanted to let everybody know that when you order it with the cheddar soup.

Fifth car in line and wait over 30 minutes. Finally get to order a tea. Get to the window and they left me sitting there. After waiting that long for just a tea?!? You can see the employee standing right there and she couldn't serve one tea after that long of a wait? I just drove off. Panera is slipping on several issues. Skimpy bacon sandwich ( 1 piece), you're lucky if you get 2 thin slices of beef on a sadwich and pretty much out of the popular pastries. Hello, they are popular, stock more! Thanks for nothing.

After a long wait and spend $51.00 I got horrible sandwich. I had a really disappointing experience. The chicken was dripping water which made bread soggy and unappetizing. The avocado was in very poor condition brown and mushy instead of fresh. Overall it didn’t taste good at all and not worth of price.

First time trying panera bread and for sure the last me and my significant other got a mac and cheese bowl and barely got any mac in cheese in a big bowl and came with a small pice of bread overall I think this was a rip off especially if your teenage kids eat a lot SMH 🤦♀️. And 4 dollars for a medium soda 76 you can get a 1 dollar cup that’s bigger then this “medium” cup 🤦♀️. And I almost chocked and no one was in sight or came and asked if i were okay BIG ZERO.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for a half of a Fuji apple salad with an extra dressing on the side. I also asked if there were any plain croissants left I was told there was. The gentleman that came to the window was very disheveled both in appearance and in. demeanor. He touched his hair and then my food and then his hair and then my food. When I got home no croissants in the bag but there were plain bagels. Super frustrating!

The team leads, workers, and some of the managers, are all so welcoming. Great managers really make the atmosphere of the restaurant. When I can, I try to buy something to eat too while coming to study and hang out there, especially during heatwaves. As for Panera’s food, I think their strong points are their soups especially the wild rice and chicken soup and their mac and cheeses (I was skeptical at first) but it’s so creamy and cheesy! I would also say their desserts are worth trying too but they are on the pricey side. Panera also has an app where you can get coupons too. It makes it worth trying different menu items. Overall I’m happy to have given Panera a chance, I hope others will give them a try too.
