The cashier was welcoming and friendly. They have a good food selection on the menu as well as bread n pastries. We must of gone on peek hrs 'cuz it was full and some tables were dirty with plates on them. So that made it a bit hard finding a table.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs if you ask for it for toddlers.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors do not open automatically. Someone has to open them for a wheelchair or disabled person.
This is one of my favorite Panera's to go to and it makes me sad how often it's in a pretty grubby state on the inside. The carpeted areas seem kinda out dated, and they always seem like they really could use extra help vacuuming up or sorting dishes. I hope this interior gets the revamp it deserves, because I've always had good food here regardless.
Ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich & it was terrible. I haven’t been to Panera in a few months & they changed this recipe. There was hardly any sauce or cheese. It was dry & the chicken inconsistent (some tender some tough). The only part I liked was the toasted roll. It used to be on toast but now it’s in a roll.

If i could rate zero stars i would , i was really looking forward to my bacon Mac & cheese and even paid extra and got a regular Mac and cheese . Very disappointed i ordered the pick two , i didn’t order much food they should be getting orders right …. There also was no butter in my bag like at other Paneras for my bread …i also paid $14 almost $15 which is ridiculous to get my order wrong

Guys! Come on! It’s not that hard to make avocado toast! Probably one of their worst items on the menu. Like Bad Bunny says “ No Tiene sazón” where is the flavor to this! Has no lime, even duken Donuts Avocado toast is a 10/10! Too damn disappointing

Don’t waste your time!!! I have to order my “rapid” pickup 20 minutes before pickup time and they are STILL late. Super unorganized and the food is always cold and messy. I just don’t understand how they don’t have it together at this location.
