I tried my hardest not to say something about the woman with the butterfly tattoo on her neck but every single time I come in she is just incredibly mean and rude to every customer. I get if someone is having a bad day but this is every. Single. Time. Also the what I’m assuming is an assistant manager with red hair is just as sour as the butterfly woman. And honestly I’m going to leave a 1 star review every single time I come in from now on until those two change their attitude because that is completely ridiculous to make a customer feel like they arnt welcome in a store and if 1 star reviews is what it takes to get those sour employees to finally be spoken to then so be it

The employees were great, the food was well prepared. Even though it's a traditionally nicer area, there was still a homeless presence that would make some customers uncomfortable, especially after dark.
While Panera is always a good go to for food. I found the staff at registers lacking and people on the floor actually sanitizing and wiping down 4 stars for now

The cashier was welcoming and friendly. They have a good food selection on the menu as well as bread n pastries. We must of gone on peek hrs 'cuz it was full and some tables were dirty with plates on them. So that made it a bit hard finding a table.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs if you ask for it for toddlers.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors do not open automatically. Someone has to open them for a wheelchair or disabled person.
This is one of my favorite Panera's to go to and it makes me sad how often it's in a pretty grubby state on the inside. The carpeted areas seem kinda out dated, and they always seem like they really could use extra help vacuuming up or sorting dishes. I hope this interior gets the revamp it deserves, because I've always had good food here regardless.
Ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich & it was terrible. I haven’t been to Panera in a few months & they changed this recipe. There was hardly any sauce or cheese. It was dry & the chicken inconsistent (some tender some tough). The only part I liked was the toasted roll. It used to be on toast but now it’s in a roll.
