The meal was exceptional as always; I am pleased I utilized my gift card. The broccoli and cheese soup was a highlight, and the green tea was quite enjoyable. However, the most rewarding aspect of the evening was sharing it with my family.

I ordered a 1/2 tuna sandwich with mayo on the side. No mayo was included, and the tuna was only on half of the half of bread. I tried to spread it out, and it wasn't enough to cover the bread. I asked for no lettuce and there was some on the sandwich and I asked for light salt and pepper, and it had tons of pepper on it. Not happy with the food but delivery was wonderful!

I love the food but when I ordered they told me the total. When I got to the window they told me they were sold out of the begals I ordered. Very disappointed.

Like Panera...I stop at different locations... at this location they are friendly BUT slower than Molasses...we waited a half hour for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese to go...seriously my coffee turned Luke cold...and this is the second time on a second visit ....???? FYI ....It wasn't busy ...it was about 7:30 am.....?????

I only come here when I have a gift card cause they are you expensive but I just want to say you should not have a rapid pick up lane option if you are just going to close the lane and make everyone wait in one line. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the person in front of me is getting their order first. Also order the chocolate croissant and it was stale and hard and very small for almost $5. I would assume that a place that is known for pastry’s would have something fresher and better quality. That’s why I only go when I have a gift card

worker told me id get a challenge reward. a guess that i believed. i did not get no reward and spent 30$ expecting to get 10$ back. manager could not even provide a 10$ gift card to make up for the workers false guess. bad service

I’ve not been to the Fresno- Marketplace at El Paseo in probably a year due to a bad experience there. I’ve had a gift card for over a year, and thought I’d give it another try, thinking it’s been over a year surely things have got better. NOPE! I did on line order. It told me to go to the rapid drive thru. I told the employee that I was there to pick up my order. My food was done and ready because I had got confirmation. The employee told me to pull forward. There were 3 cars ahead of me. The car at the window was not moving. I sat there for 6 minutes, still not moving. So I got out of line and parked and went inside. I went to the rapid express counter. I stood there, 2 young girls were making sandwiches, one of the girls turned around and saw me. Never saying a word, or asking me if I need help etc. She turned around and continued her work. I can see my order sitting on the counter. Finally a young gentleman came by I told him that’s my bag. I told him that I was in the drive thru but there are 3 cars in front of my going NOWHERE, to please just give me the bag. He did. I get home, and 2 items are missing! I added extra bacon to a sandwich which was overly priced, and not only didn’t I get my “extra” but there was NO bacon at all. There was also no French baguette with the other order. I tried calling the store. Because after all on the receipt, it says Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know. When I called, nobody would answer the phone so I just let it continue to ring. Finally, someone picked it up and then hung it back down. I called back again and let it ring.Still nobody would pick it up. So my best option is just to leave this review. Now maybe I did this wrong, but doesn’t rapid drive thru mean I can pull up and pick my order up since I did it online? Why do I have to wait behind those cars knowing my order is “ready”? I still have a substantial amount left on my gift card. I guess I’ll have to wait another year to see if they can get their customer service in order but I doubt it since this was 2 out of 2! Done with this place. Maybe I just next to try a different location

On 2/1/25, I ordered a salad from Panera on North Weber in Fresno as I have many times, and as I have many times, I checked the box that said no chicken because I am allergic. The salad arrived with chicken, and so I called Panera. The man I talked to told me my request didn't show up on the computer, and he seemed to think that made it my fault. After we spoke for a bit, I told him I wanted a refund. He told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I always have excellent customer service at other Panera locations. This guy sounds like a real jerk. I won't be going back.
