Expired yogurt and fruit. They also don't deliver even after joining their club which offers free delivery. I get you need to get rid of old product but not to your paying customers.

The meal was exceptional as always; I am pleased I utilized my gift card. The broccoli and cheese soup was a highlight, and the green tea was quite enjoyable. However, the most rewarding aspect of the evening was sharing it with my family.
I ordered a 1/2 tuna sandwich with mayo on the side. No mayo was included, and the tuna was only on half of the half of bread. I tried to spread it out, and it wasn't enough to cover the bread. I asked for no lettuce and there was some on the sandwich and I asked for light salt and pepper, and it had tons of pepper on it. Not happy with the food but delivery was wonderful!

I love the food but when I ordered they told me the total. When I got to the window they told me they were sold out of the begals I ordered. Very disappointed.

Like Panera...I stop at different locations... at this location they are friendly BUT slower than Molasses...we waited a half hour for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese to go...seriously my coffee turned Luke cold...and this is the second time on a second visit ....???? FYI ....It wasn't busy ...it was about 7:30 am.....?????

I only come here when I have a gift card cause they are you expensive but I just want to say you should not have a rapid pick up lane option if you are just going to close the lane and make everyone wait in one line. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the person in front of me is getting their order first. Also order the chocolate croissant and it was stale and hard and very small for almost $5. I would assume that a place that is known for pastry’s would have something fresher and better quality. That’s why I only go when I have a gift card

worker told me id get a challenge reward. a guess that i believed. i did not get no reward and spent 30$ expecting to get 10$ back. manager could not even provide a 10$ gift card to make up for the workers false guess. bad service
