Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

They advertise the 6.99 deal all.over the store but when u go to order they told us no.. i tried to order online but they said they would decline it even if I ordered it an paid for it.. i called another store they would be able to do it.. i called another store after that and they are doing it.. so why is this one mot letting me do it? Why do I have to drive more than 15 minutes away to get it when I'm right here? The lady was bad she even was like do it call corporate..lol I was like ok I will and so I did and now I'm leabing this review.. wow.. so sad papa Murphys shame on you

The service was great but the crust tasted old.

Great food, friendly and clean place, no atmosphere since it is taker out only. Not a problem.

Parking: This is located in a small center, parking is OK, can be tough at time but I always find a place to park.

We came here on June 15 2024 in the evening time. We were greeted by a woman cashier. She was very polite and and offered clarification in which I was happy about. (I get anxiety when ordering things) She refered to another woman who was her boss and they were both very polite. My daughter watched as the worker was preparing something in the front and she smiled at my daughter and answered a question my daughter had. Customer service was excellent for being a Saturday night. The pizza was delicious. In the past I've always ordered the stuffed pizza and always the crust took up half the pizza. Not this time. It was made perfect. Crust size was proportionate to the pizza. This was probably the best of one of my encounters here. Kings canyon/peach location in Fresno.

The few times I've been here it always smells crazy disgusting like rotten tomatoes and the pizzas always taste gross they must not be storing there pizza sauce properly or maybe there fridge doesn't work ?? ?

I placed a mobile order and they said it would be done at 545 I get here and the two employee's working we’re both rude and said I needed to wait another 15 minutes for my order. This is ridiculous everyone that came in was being seated to wait longer for their orders. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere next time maybe if the employees weren’t to busy talking to each other they would have the pizzas done in time like I expected.

I visited on Friday. Ordered online. 30 minutes later I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I waited a few minutes and asked to cancel my order. I had to go home and get ready for work. I got an eye roll from the person behind the counter. She said she cancelled my order. I asked for proof since she didn't offer me a receipt. I got home and realized it was a receipt for someone else's order. I waited a few days for the charge to fall off but the charge cleared. I went to the location today to try to get my money back. The same lady was behind the counter and tried to blame it on someone else. I told her she was the one that helped me. She said she couldn't give my money back and she had cancelled the wrong order. She said I would have to call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I could get it online. Yvette is not friendly, helpful or built for customer service. I called my bank and filed with them. They refunded my money. I will NEVER visit this location again.. I would rather drive farther for a good customer service experience. Such a HORRIBLE experience..
