Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Pizza crust was dry.
I ordered 2 mini Murphy's, they were just one lump of dough I had to roll out. I ordered a cowboy pizza. The topping were sparse and dough was dry.
I probably won't go back to this location (Marks and Shaw)

I've bought a lot of Papa Murphy's from a lot of locations. Love the pizza, and this one was still good but the sauce and toppings were spread more than an inch away from the edges of the crust. Everywhere else has always spread them much better.

Papa ahohns on W. Shaw is AMAZING! Everything is fresh and the pizza are always rapped and ready to go. Baking at home is easy and guaranteed hot pizza time. He ram is very friendly and always remember us when we arrive! Check them out!

I called in today and I ordered a large chicken bacon artichoke pizza on the phone you can barley understand what she is saying like she speaks a little bit English and when I told her to repeat herself she got smart and when I came to pick up my pizza I saw that my pizza toppings was all in the middle , this is not the first time me getting a pizza from when this lady is working and getting a messed up pizza .

Food was so good !! I just felt so uncomfortable there today because the moment me and my kids got in, an old lady (another customer waiting) said are they Mexicans 🤦 to me was rude😠

Should have read reviews before ordering from this location online. Ordered 2 hours before they opened and gave them 2 hours to prepare my order. Showed up at scheduled pick up time and they hadn't started my order. 1 person working very slowly and the bearded lady at the register just watched. This is not the service that will keep this location open for long. Has definitely gone downhill since under new ownership/management.

Ordered online it said 30 mins ..get there still had to wait another 15 minutes. Dough is tough, not as good as it use to be! Ordered stuff pizza and it came out as flat as a regular pizza... horrible. Need to find a new pizza place, won't go back to this horrible place!!

I think there's been a change of ownership and the quality has gone down the tube's. The pan pizzas used to be fluffy and airy. They used to use a different dough for pan pizzas. Now, they're just putting regular dough in a round pizza tin, and it's just not as good. They've ruined it for me.

I have mixed feelings about the new management. There's definitely a communication barrier when trying to order food. Now the service does not seem to be as fast or efficient. I have read people's complaints about the food. I've been fortunate that my pizzas are still made and taste the same as I remember, but most likely we'll be looking for a new Papa Murphy's just based on how difficult it is to order. I've been visiting this location since it opened. I really don't want to find a new location. Very disappointed in this change. ?

Disappointed with the New Management and Service

We used to love this location under the previous owner! The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about their customers. Unfortunately, since the new owner took over, the entire experience has gone downhill.

The new management clearly lacks experience in running a business, and it shows. The staff now seems inexperienced and has no basic customer service skills. They’re either indifferent or downright rude, which is a far cry from the warm, welcoming atmosphere this place used to have. It feels like they’re more focused on profits than providing a good customer experience. They also can be seen openly violating multiple health department rules as they relate to sanitation.

The biggest frustration during our last visit was their refusal to sell us the correct pizza dough, something we’ve been buying from this shop for YEARS. We usually buy pan crust, instead they took a medium regular dough, drenched in butter then tried to make it fit in a pan and charge us $9. We said "Nope!" and went to another Papa Murphy's where we got what we usually get for the correct price of $6. The staff at the other location even had their input on the changes at the West Shaw location. The previous owner never had an issue with this, but the new regime flat-out stinks.

Overall, this place has taken a major step back. I can’t see us coming back unless something drastically changes. Such a shame to see a great neighborhood spot ruined.
