I have mixed feelings about the new management. There's definitely a communication barrier when trying to order food. Now the service does not seem to be as fast or efficient. I have read people's complaints about the food. Walked in 30 mins before closing women that greeted me as soon I told her for was here to order her whole attitude changed looked hella mad asked for medium told wasn’t no more was fine when I said ok let me see real quick she just walked away continued to sweep so few minutes told her I was ready ignored me didn’t say a word another employee helped me. Very rude slamming stuff on counters .im glad she wasn’t making my pizza.
This was my first time trying Papa Murphy's Pizza. And I can say that at this location the owner has great customer service , and very friendly. The inside is very clean and organized . My food was handled in a timely manner , The owner was sweet and let me try a popular served product for free , and I had my children with me so my hands were full and the owner helped assist me putting my take and bake pizza in the car . Customer service at this location is at 10 out of 10.
