A large group of us had an event there today. The place was set perfect, food came out at great temperature and tasted good. Parking was easy and restroom was clean and stocked. Very pleased with this place.
Great set up, service and meal for our 400 former students of Washington Union High School. A nicely plated meal of roast and potatoes with unfortunately undercooked green beans was served. Ample parking available.
I went here with a friend for a fundraiser. It was 'just' appetizers', but what a fill it was. Everything was so good. I'm planning a drive just to go there. Can't wait to taste the regular menu.
Went there for a family gathering, service was great and the personal friendly. Food was tasty and the banquet room large.
Very expensive and small portions. Nice atmosphere and within walking distance of our hotel. The service was very good
Awesome people and relaxed environment !
Probably the best Pizza in Fresno. Unfortunately the design means you can hear everything from the other side of the room, but virtually nothing from your table. Very loud.
Since this was a banquet situation, I can only comment on this. The buffet was good and the room was very nice.
We love our Sunday breakfast here. Always good food and great service. We've tried several different choices on the menu and never been disappointed. Nice place to run into old friends, this always happens here, as most people have been eating here for years. You won't be disappointed. Joe Clark
I hadn't eaten at Pardini's in a while so I thought I'd stop in. When I got to the register, the host was on the telephone. He put his hand over the receiver and told me to go ahead and sit anywhere. I took a seat.....and waited, and waited and waited. After a while, I looked at my watch and started wondering how long it would take for a server to approach my table. Other diners were seated by the host and given menus, water and coffee. Not me. I'm still waiting. It just around 11:30 and the restaurant was just beginning to get busy for the lunch time. And, I'm still waiting. Finally, a busser began cleaning the table next to me so I asked him if there was a server for my table. He said that he didn't know who it was, but he could find someone. Finally, a server came and I ordered. She mentioned that she didn't know who had my table, but she would be happy to take my order. It turns out that the server was on his break and if the host would have taken the time to seat me, I would have been seated in a section where the server was NOT on a break. When the server came back, he apologized for the horrible service and it got better after that. My omelette was good, but my lunch was completely ruined by such horrible service. The place is not that big and you can stand at one end and see just about all the tables, so it wasn't like I was out of sight. When I went to the register to pay, I mentioned to the host that he had told me to seat myself and then never came to give me a menu and that I waited close to 15 minutes before a server came. He made a bunch of excuses about a party in the back and how busy it was.... seriously? I saw this guy seat other people and get their drinks and menus for them. He wasn't in the back and it wasn't busy. I hate it when people insult me by making up excuses instead of taking ownership of their bad behavior. Next time, I will go to Al's where I know the food AND service are excellent.

We enjoyed our lunch very much! I had a wonderfully tasty BBQ Tri-Tip sandwich with a great pasta salad. My husband had a southwest chicken salad that was delicious. Because we visited on Saturday, our daughters had waffles, french toast and pancakes, that also received rave reviews. It was great to be in a NON-chain restaurant!
I have used them 2 other times outside the facility and it was a success. This time we wanted to use their facility and my experience was NOT even close to satifactory. After feeling as though I was not important and my function was a bother I took the time to contact a superior to give them feedback of what I was experiencing. I totally understand now why employees act the way they do if your superior has no customer service skills themselves. I went to a different facility and actually received more for my money and felt confident my 25th anniversary will be amazing. I will NEVER step foot in Pardinis again! Customer Service is Key and needs to be 100% of the time.
.....but Living Social dropped a coupon and I bit. Dropped in with my son for lunch and was really surprised by the good food and great service. I hadn't been there in years as it's clear across town from us and I presumed it had changed hands since years ago. Not so! Jimmy Pardini was sitting right there having a meeting. He has maintained the same high quality food he's been known for in the restaurant and catering business. Well done, Jim, and sorry we haven't been for so long. I bought another coupon for a friend and I know who that friend will be bringing! :) The service was really terrific, too. Our waitress went out of her way to accommodate us. It's the mom and pop cafe from yesteryear with the same great atmosphere and food you would expect. What a gem!
Have had breakfast and lunch here. Service and food always very good. Prices good too. Be sure and have the Eggs Benedict. Soooo good. I had pancakes with strawberries. Our waiter sliced up fresh berries, and asked if I wanted whipped cream...no way. I don't like piles of whip cream. For lunch, the tuna melt is daydream worthy. I just wish they served dinner too. Atmosphere is that of a diner and they always have sports on the TV. Not fancy, just very good food.
We held a large party { 200 plus} people here at the beginning of October. It was a luau. Jim Pardini and his staff pulled out all the stops on the food. The dancers he recommended and the decorator were also first tier.
