Definitely delicious and beautiful treats. Clean and inviting. Bread is a bit on the pricey side specially if you go with a large group of people but the flavor and beauty of them is totally worth it. 100% recommend! 😁

I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer appreciation and flexibility at this location. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong Baguette Paris location. I thought I was ordering from the Blackstone & Nees store, since that area feels like “El Paseo” and is close to River Park. Unfortunately, the order went to the 99 & Herndon location by mistake. When I arrived and explained the situation, there was no effort to help or accommodate me. Instead of valuing the customer and offering a simple solution, I was told I had to drive all the way to the other location to pick up my order. What made this even more disappointing is that I recently had a similar situation at Starbucks in Kingsburg. There are now two Starbucks locations, and I accidentally placed my order at the wrong one. When I went to the location I thought I had ordered from, they honored my order without hesitation and even canceled the other one themselves. That is what real customer service looks like. Unfortunately, Baguette Paris did not show that same level of care or understanding. A little empathy and flexibility would have gone a long way. This experience left me feeling unvalued as a customer.

First time visiting this place and my experience was great. Peppermint mocha was delicious and not to sweet. Bought 1 milk bun and a slice of strawberry cream cake. Both were delicious. Highly recommended this place.

I want try the beignets, but look too messy… sugar powder fall everywhere, later I sure wear white shirt become snowman. So I’m skipping maybe next visit try when I prepare better. She recommended the blueberry chiffon cake, so I decided to try it. Really good choice! the cake really good soft, moist, not too sweet, I like this kind. The churro latte also very tasty, got strong cinnamon smell, make me feel warm and cozy inside. Taste like dessert but also coffee, I enjoy a lot.very busy inside We had to sit outside no inside. pink girl polite and kind I had a great visit and I would definitely come back again.
