Lady at the counter was extremely rude. I should have canceled my order but decided to give them a chance. Burgers were tough & much smaller than the bun. Fries were over cooked & needed salt. It's 58 degrees outside & they filled the sodas to the top with ice so you have to pay extra to get refills. Ranch sauce was extra & it tasted rancid. Over priced -for $15 I could get better qualiy & better service else where.

I called to ask about hiring at 12:10 on oct 1st . A very rude woman answered the phone, and I guess she didn’t hear me within the first two seconds so she mumbled a cuss word under her breath and hung up on me. So I called back and she answered again. I immediately ask her if they’re hiring, and all she says is,”No, we don’t do that” and hangs up before I can even reply. i’m not sure what that means or how a place that has employees doesn’t hire anyone, but maybe they should hire me because I would never answer a phone like that at a place I work. To the people who “run” this restaurant….I gave you the time and date…now it’s up to you to trim the fat and hire and new crew. No wonder no one ever talks about this place .

Their customer service needs improvement the lady at counter is rude. They don't give refills on their soda which is pretty cheap on their part. We got sick after eating there. My friend threw up a lot and I got an upset stomach. Will not be returning.

The owner was rude to me in the parking lot. I was looking forward to trying them but the lady came out to tell me it was reserved for her (the owner) and it clearly said customer parking. They could have been nicer about it but she had a very hostile attitude. Not a good way to treat their customers.

The prices can't be beat. The quantity is very generous. The quality is great. And its location is where you want to be. Within walking distance of "everything". Do something good for yourself. Get lunch here sometime.
The restaurant is excellent because my fries french fries came out with not too much salt and the burger was well done actually with plenty of veggies in it I will be coming back!

I had an unpleasant experience at the peach pit restaurant on 5-14-2024, while waiting for the bus, I attempted to order fries but was refused service by the cashier lady who insisted I couldn't stay because I was waiting for the bus. This made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. I believe all patrons should receive equal treatment. I hope this issue can be addressed. I have to hand it to the cashier lady, achieving a rating of zero in customer service takes real talent. It's like watching a comedy show, except the punchline is the abysmal treatment of customers. Bravo, I guess.

Very good food! Loved eating here and was really pleasant. me and my mother had a burger and fries each, specifically I had the western burger and it was delicious. Both members of the staff were very wonderful and polite and were quick with our orders. Definitely will come back again
The owner, an Asian woman, is extremely rude for no reason. You’d think as a small business owner they’d be nicer to those of us trying to support local. Definitely not going back.
