Pricey. This is fresno, not the Bay Area. Rent can't be that expensive. Your drinks' price is too high in comparison to

This place is Definitely worth the price for boba, I've tried so many other places in town and nothing in my opinion compares. Best Coconut- taro slush boba.

The tea is good but the wait time is horrible. I called 15 minutes ahead of time and still got to wait another 15 minutes there. ?

Best boba I've had!! Nothing compares! I love that you can choose your sweetness level and the boba itself is the softest most perfect boba!

My family and I have been loyal customers here since forever. I’ve been coming here with my siblings and my mother ever since I was in 1st grade. I am now 30. This place brings a lot of great memories for me that I cherish a lot. I moved out of town many years ago and came back just recently to visit. I had to make a stop. The quality of the drinks were just as good as I remembered them. They were a bit pricey for two drinks that came out to $15. It is about a dollar extra for boba/toppings which I think is a lot. However, the service was wonderful and the lobby is still closed.I’ve tried almost every bubble tea shop in town and know boba so well that I think this is the BEST boba shop in town. I’d recommend this place over and over again and would fully support it as they are a local family in town and Pearl Tea House must be doing something right to still be operating.Even though it isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as other boba shops, it was one of the first to open in town and to introduce boba here. It is the original.

This has to be the best Boba place in Fresno. I've tried a lot of other boba places but none like Pearl Tea. The consistency is always right. The blend and thickness is always perfect and let's not forget those boba. Once you've had their boba nothing will taste the same again so go get yours before the summer is gone because they do close for the winter.

Lots of options for tea: milk tea, ice slush, coffee, flavored tea, macaroons. You can add in jelly or tapioca (boba). Wait time can be long, I would definitely recommend calling in your oder for pickup :]They also have other items available for sail such as tea sets.

Absolutely the best boba I’ve ever had. Recommend the Taro slush, half sweet.Boba is always an amazing texture.

I've tried Bobas everywhere else in Fresno County and other counties in Cali, and I must say this place is the best!

I love the tea here. You can actually taste the brewed tea leaves in a subtle and authentic way that is unlike the premade mixes of other milk tea shops. My favorite drink is an iced lavender milk tea with boba (50% sweet really takes the sugar edge off). They also have these awesome macarons that are totally not authentic but I love them so much I have converted. They are softer and chewier than the normal delicate macaron shells and the filling is thicker and basically dense frosting. Sounds weird but try the taro coconut flavor and fall in love.

Stoped by on a Saturday afternoon and ordered taro smoothie and got stomach ache right after.. the person behind the counter wasn't customer friendly at all.

I have been a customer at Pearl Tea House for over 7 years. Visited here today after a while and I will not go here again. Drinks are way too pricey. My large boba drink had cup full of ice and less tea than a small cup size or same. Shady stuff. Very disappointed! And also be aware charging tax for each drink on top of sales tax…
