Just like most restaurants nowadays, the payment device asked for tips. For ordering coffee without sttended service, we choose no tips. We wait until everyone behind us on the line got their drinks, we did not get ours and the barista seemed to ready to take a break since no more people are waiting for their drinks except us. We asked the barista about our order. She searched the bucket for all the orders print out but couldn’t find ours. We had to show her our receipt so she can prepare our drinks. My coworker then realized she saw the cashier threw away our order print out to trash cans after our receipt was printed. We thought it had nothing to do with the order in system. Now we know the system relies on the printed order slip. WOW, what a tip culture we have today in this country.

Ordered a bagel sandwich that had been left in the over and warmer to long. Brought to her attention. What got was we just made it. Grab and tossed in the trash. What should be said I am sorry let grab you fresh one.

If you’re flying early, this spot is a lifesaver—they open in time for 6 AM departures. Lines can get long, but the team works quickly and efficiently to keep travelers moving.
Food options are decent, though the egg and cheese bagel is nothing special. The real highlight is the coffee—Major Dickason’s Blend black coffee is unbeatable.
The atmosphere is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Highly recommended for coffee lovers.

I asked for honey for my Coffee the lady was so rude told me go to the gate restaurant and ask for honey . . Would never visit this coffee shop and never had this attitude.

Honestly, it might have all be fine, but it looked super gross and the people working seemed to be uncomfortable with service. Not good to go into food service if you don't like working with customers. Looking presentable (should be) is part of that too. Not sure why employees aren't held to some sort of standard of hair care and the like when they are serving people food. We didn't order food items bc we were worried their hair would fall into our foods and drinks. Drinks at least have a lid. It just seems really gross. The place looks trashed. Is this just a Fresno thing? Been to other Peets and they were beautiful.

Got a bagel with sausage and egg and it was cold, the bagel was hard and the sausage was grey. It was nasty for the price. Won't be going there again

The store was extremely busy and there was only one person working.? David did a fantastic job while being extremely busy. He stayed calm and remained friendly with each customer that came in. My coffee was made in a timely manner. I really appreciate great customer service as it is a rarity these days! Thank you so much David and please know that you are appreciated.

I would’ve had time to get coffee before my flight but there were only 2 people working the counter and there was a huge line. If only there was one more person I would’ve been able to get a coffee!! Thanks a lot Peet

I’ve always enjoyed the Peet’s food & customer service brand with a welcoming smile, a hello, or a simple thank you. But these Barista’s 🤔 are not that friendly, but maybe because everyday is a busy time for them.

I asked for one golden latte with protein and one oatmilk latte and I was charged for two golden lattes one with protein and one without with extra for oatmilk. So early and barista is already in a bad mood…

Starbucks needs to be put back. Flying out at 6am with 4 kids.... we ordered 4 bfast sandwiches and 2 of them were burnt to a crisp. Not even hardly able to break the burnt half off. Ordered a holiday coffee... disgusting. Spent $70 and pretty upset with what we got... had no time to replace drink so just threw it away.

Staff is always so friendly when I stop in. I really appreciate that they will fill my reusable water bottle with ice and water. The coffee is also always good.
