This place has been a hit every time I have been here. I always get pho so I cannot speak for their other dishes. However, if their pho is spot on then I am certain all the other dishes are as well. I have been to many pho spots in my life, some good some bad, but here the pho is ALWAYS good. I’ve been places where you NEED to add something for the pho to taste food. Here, it almost feels disrespectful to add something to the broth as I love it the way it is. The amount of everything they give you is really great for the price and I will continue coming here. Definitely a recommend for anyone who wants good pho.

Amazing service and food. Came here back in 2019 and was still as good as ever! Got the combo Pho super size for $15 and the beef bone marrow (Whole Bone) for $5 more which was a super good deal! Delicious and would come back again.

Broth is flavorful without being cloudy, meat is soft and doesn't taste strong. I'm from Visalia and I've been here twice and I'd come again over any pho in Visalia or Tulare. Giant marrow bones that I took home for my dogs afterwards.

So far the best broth for Phò that I've tried in Fresno. Excellent flavor and getting the bone marrow on the side is a great addition and treat. I've come several times and it's always good. I will be back for more. I've already got several co-workers addicted.

One of the best places I’ve eaten Asian Food. I tried spring rolls and beef fried rice, both were GREAT! I highly recommend you pay this place a visit! I promise it will be worth it! Prices are also great!

After a few years absence we came back to Pho Phung and found their Pho broth VERY delicious as they cook with evidenced real bones; the service was excellent; the atmosphere very pleasant and familial. We can easily rate this location A+ or simply 9/10. We'll certainly be back again even though we live far away... Thanks, Pho PHUONG for being so consistent in your cuisine fare and for keeping your family name consistently TOP class!
