I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Slow as snails service and they weren't busy. Asked if the chimichangas were deep fried (the only way I like them) and was told yes. It wasn't. To make matters worse, they use processed chicken. It was gross. No flavor to it or the beans or the rice. If you closed your eyes you wouldn't know what you were eating.

Always late , never on time . I’m a dasher and they never prepare any order on time .

Had to throw out my food...When I first started coming here the first two times it was good. And it just started going downhill as far as the quality of food goes. I completely understand that a lot of the meats involved in the cooking has fat on it but to get a one by one inch cube of fat in a burrito is really gross. Furthermore I work a 10 hour shift sometimes 12. So when I get there I'm pretty hungry sometimes I forgo lunch because I'm so busy during my shift. But this last time takes the cake. I ordered some tacos with some ground beef and the ground beef in every single Taco was burnt. I'm not squeamish I am not picky I will eat cold food as I drive really far for my commute home so the food is cold by the time I get home and it doesn't bother me. So when it comes to bland food or not so good food that doesn't bother me either food is food to me. So by the time I hit the second Taco I found a piece of plastic that I was chewing on in my taco. The services always been okay bathrooms are gross they don't really clean them very often. But I don't care about that but I'm mentioning it because it just goes to show that the quality is just really not there in the food and anywhere else in the restaurant. I will definitely not be coming back here not even if I was desperate. I don't like messing with people's business but it was pretty disgusting finding plastic in my food like a hard piece of white plastic and all of the meat was just burnt to a crisp. I'm starting to feel like every time I go in there the food keeps getting worse. And the feeling I get is that they're doing it on purpose I don't know why because the food started off fine when I first started going there. I don't know the place just sucks and it sucks that I have to write this review because writing a bad review is terrible so do what you will with this information. I just think people should know. I'm just not going to work my butt off to spend my hard earned money on terrible food I'd rather eat a hot dog at 7-Eleven. That would probably have more quality it than the food here. Or at least for me as everyone else enjoys it. Weird there aren't more bad reviews this is why I think they are giving me bad food on purpose. Shame on you guys if that is the case. But at least it would be a better excuse than serving up terrible food just in general.

Our server took a long time to take our order and bring out our food. We were one of the first that arrive but yet we were one of the last to receive our food. When I asked what was taking so long, one of the servers stated she didn’t know. My partner is disabled and diabetic and he needed to eat. I asked them to bring him at least the tacos. When our food finally got to our table the taco shell was burnt. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. They need more caring servers.

Food was good, but they cheap out on waitresses there was like 40 people there, and only had 2 waitresses running the show with an attitude, and weren’t wanting to take care of customers, and didn’t care about refilling people’s drinks, I waited around for 30 min for a refill and never got one, same as the other 40 people in the restaurant .When I was paying at the counter I skipped the tip button and she gave me a sigh like I was supposed to tip them,

I went in the morning and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and waited 40 minutes for my food. They gave 4 other people that came in after me and had bigger orders and gave them there food first also gave my food to another person and had to remake my food all over again and still ended up getting my order wrong still which I had to wait additional time. Terrible customer service would not recommend! The cashier was also touching peoples orders unwrapping them with her bare hands after handling cash.
