Pizza quality is consistent and always a ton of options to choose from. The heavy amount of semolina on the crust has always been my least favorite part, they also changed their cheese and stopped offering sun dried tomatoes as a topping. Pieology has definitely become more corporate, cutting corners and understaffing. It used to be a lot nicer, but has lost some of its charm and become more like a fast food restaurant. This is not the employee's fault, but clearly the choice...

Oh my gosh! This food is so good. Something I highly recommend people to try (vegetarian option) is the pesto sauce with garlic oil, onions, garlic, and green bellpeppers. Actually the best pizza I have ever had. Staff is super nice too.
