“Went for a conference. The Service was great. I Ordered the food and it was really good. There is not slot of parking space especially with a conference going on. The only bad thing is the fountain its beautiful but super loud. My room was right next to it and i couldn’t sleep at night. The hotel was sold out but I wish I could. Been able to switch rooms“
“Every time I order, please keep in mind this is for delivery service only. The Fresno location , has no delivery drivers only third party door dash which is usually awful it’s like explaining to a blind drunk guy who doesn’t speak English where I am at. And it seems like the entire ethnic population in Fresno is employed by door dash. To make matters worse on multiple occasions the drivers have asked me to come outside my apartment after I explain I’m disabled and that’s why I cannot come out. The other primary complaint I have is Pizza Hut is so cheap they quit including napkins and plates. Now it has become hit and miss with receiving them upon requesting them. Long are the 90’d over with where you would order Pizza Hut and receive plates napkins and a full regulation basketball with every order. What happened?“
“The app wouldn’t let me submit order so we drove over & I showed the Mgr at the Pizza Hut location on Dakota Ave in Fresno my pizza was Free with redeeming my rewards & he told me to hit “pay in store” to submit order. He was very nice & respectful. This is the only Pizza Hut location I use. Great staff & food is always very tasty.“
“We have been a long-time patron of this location. The quality of the pizza is predictable and consistent with other locations we have visited. I am disappointed with the idea of charging for the packets of cheese and red peppers that have always been offered. I normally spend $60-$70 each visit. I don't feel the request for the extra condiments is out of line. The cost of the pizzas have continued to rise and we still come back. It just doesn't feel very good.“
“Food was delicious! I hadn't tasted Pizza Hut in years, my food was better than expected (chicken bacon melt (which came w/ranch), ultimate crafted flatzz, cheese sticks). However, I preordered for later p/u and they were late 13 minutes. The website stated my food was ready at the agreed time, but it was not. Lots of orders on the board, but only two workers.“
“My food was ready as soon as I arrived, the environment was spotless, I got exactly what I ordered and the staff was polite and professional.Definitely a FIVE STAR experience.
Parking: There’s a whole parking lot there so it’s easier to park and dine in or pick up and transport the food to your car.“
“Really too notch service here....Took the stress out that little buttery personal pan we all know from our childhood book 📖 it day!
Our kids on the same cycle l, circle and we're working against that opportunity equivalent.
