The customer service at this hotel was top notch! They were very accommodating and friendly. It is hard to find good service these days, so it was a welcomed change. The atrium was beautiful. Good food too.

I've been to this property for business on-and-off since the beginning of the year, and my first experience was not a good one with housekeeping - I didn't need my room serviced everyday, but when I did make the request they finally came 3-days later. Since then my experiences have been fine, mostly because I have stayed for shorter periods and don't need anything from housekeeping... Well, my most recent stay was marred with poor service, and I guess that is mostly my fault since I left something in the room. In trying to retrieve my item, I got housekeeping's voicemail and left a message. After not receiving a call back after 3 days, I stopped-by the property since I was back in Fresno. However, the front desk told me I couldn't do anything other than call back and leave another voicemail - I also left a message anyway. After another 3 days, I still hadn't heard back, so I stopped-by again and the front desk said there was nothing they could do - so 3 voicemails and 2 in-person visits and I couldn't even ask directly if they had found my item, let alone receive any response... so I know my item is gone. I simply advise that if you want to stay at this property, try to avoid not only housekeeping but the front desk staff as well if you want a good experience. If you need to interact with either of them (which most of us do), then I would definitely recommend you go somewhere else!

the room had a foul odor. for 300+ dollars the room should have been pristine. Will never stay at this hotel again. I think I would have had a better experience at the La Quinta down the street and saved $200

Went for a conference. The Service was great. I Ordered the food and it was really good. There is not slot of parking space especially with a conference going on. The only bad thing is the fountain its beautiful but super loud. My room was right next to it and i couldn’t sleep at night. The hotel was sold out but I wish I could. Been able to switch rooms

Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly, the use of the digital key made the experience seamless. Was offered an upgrade, nice room. Lobby area was elegant. Parking lot was safe. Very walkable to the Brewery District downtown, where we went to a concert. Felt safe walking to and from, with friends of course. Will stay here again!

Stopped at the Doubletree for the evening and glad we did. Not only was all the staff friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming as well. Breakfast was delicious and the cookies; as always warm and tasty. Thank you! Will stop again if trace through.

No matter how many times I come back to this property, the staff is incredibly kind, accommodating and professional. The amenities of this hotel meet my every business need as well as a clean, comfortable, quiet room with a good bed. Staff, property, room, amenities are a standard that can be counted on for quality and service.

Doubletree always is clean, caring, excellent food and helpful to make sure your stay is both enjoyable and beneficial for the purpose of the trip….every time! We have stayed there multiple times over the years and have truly never been disappointed.

After traveling quite a bit to multiple locations in many countries over the past few years, this has to be one of the worst places that I've stayed... First of all, the room was quite noisy throughout my stay from the ventilation system. It couldn't be turned-off, so I ended-up wearing earplugs when I slept at night. Secondly, the response to housekeeping request was horrible! I understand post-COVID and being environmental, so they don't clean everyday (unless requested). But when you do request, I would expect for them to come. First request, nothing! Second request, nothing again! Only after my third request, did they finally come to service the room... and that's after finding small hairs littered throughout the room - and I know they're not from me, since I have different color hair, and I'm bald. Overall, the value in paying for DoubleTree was just not worth it here, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. Unfortunately, I have to return to this location again, since I couldn't cancel my reservation within a 5-day cancellation timeframe - so I only hope that my experience is not any worse than this!

One of the main reasons for choosing this property was the onsite dining options, so that my daughter and I would not have to leave the property once we checked in. We ordered room service from the limited options. My daughter, pesto turkey sandwich w/ sweet potato fries, she said was good. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with honey mustard... no honey mustard. Instead, I received a very pungent garlic aoli. It wasn't good. I had to choke the sandwich down dry. Very limited beverage selection. The "good" breakfast for an additional fee was less than good. No beautiful fruit buffet as shown in the pictures, limp, preseasoned frozen potatoes that gave the impression of being microwaved, dry, pencil thin sausage and room temperature toast... at least the eggs were done right. The room, super comfortable mattress and pillows. Well appointed, quiet room. Clean aside from the tub side of the toilet which was dirty from the top of the tank to the floor. I didn't use the coffee maker because I was charged an additional $32 from what I booked at which was $210 including taxes. When I asked about the over charge, I was told it was for "incidentals" that would be removed if I didn't use them. Not sure what incidentals included, and I am still waiting to see the final charge on my bank account. Not quite up to a $210 room (or $242) standard. At least not in my opinion. And not what I was expecting from Double Tree by Hilton. The staff we encountered were all good, friendly etc. The room was good, quiet and comfortable. The food? Denny's would have been a better choice. I probably would not choose this property again.

Stay at this hotel often. It’s right across the street from Selland Arena, where a lot of state wrestling tournaments are held. Rooms are spacious and have always been clean for the many years that we’ve stayed there. They have a full service bar, which is ideal after a tournament or a business meeting. Warm chocolate chip cookies is something I always look forward to at check-in.

The Pizza Hut is part of the hotel restaurant. My rating is based on the excellent tequila lime shrimp I had. Also full bar and some good beers on tap along with great service. And yes - Pizza Hit is an option.

Probably the worse Doubletree I have ever stayed at. The staff is so rude. Brian at the front desk was beyond nasty and rude. I am a Hilton Diamond Vip and have never been treated with so little empathy or respect. I actually asked him for help with my problem and he basically said take it or leave it. And I don't have to give you my last name. How can this man work in hospitality? You have to push your luggage up to your own room and there is no one to help with any issue. There is no staff in this huge hotel and there attitude is totally take it or leave it. The Hilton Brand should revoke their name before more damage is done to their brand.

Very easy to find in downtown Fresno. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and roomy. We enjoyed a pizza at their «Pizza Hut» restaurant and breakfast at the same place. We didnt use the pool but enjoyed our stay and had a very good nights sleep.

Stayed one night before heading to Sequoia National Park. Reception, Bar and Restaurant staff were terrific. Room was clean and spacious. Great night stay, (needed after long day travel from NYC). Location was perfect for travel, just a few blocks from highway.
