It's pretty quiet, but yet small dining room which many people are just using the area to wait for their order. I wasn't happy with waiting 10+ minutes to get quarters to play the games and then When my pizza was ready, they didn't tell me they just putting in the place where pizzas go until they are picked up
I ordered online to get a pepperoni pan pizza but came and seen it was only cheese I accidentally did it wrong and explained it to the lady at the counter and was about to pay for another one but she replaced it with what I wanted originally..I thank you for that and appreciate you

Took my daughter to get pizza here today since she’s been wanting it because of the commercials. She really loved it and said it was just like the commercials lol. I loved the food and especially the customer service, a young gentleman Jesus I believe was his name was, was really helpful, made sure we got everything we ordered and everything we wanted. 10/10 would come back!

Quite possibly the best Pizza Hut i’ve been to. Easily the most welcoming and friendly spot i’ve been to in Downtown Fresno. I had this young man displaying every quality you’d want your growing teen to have. I believe his name was Jesus and he made sure to help us out and accommodate to our needs with everything he could do. Overall great staff along with great food. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family. Definitely going to be revisiting in the near future!

Visiting this shop was one of my most pleasant experiences at any food spot, the pizza was easily one of the best I’ve had as well. Huge shoutout to staff member Jesus for being extremely friendly, quick to get us our order, and furthermore being very kind to my son, Mitchell. I will be ordering from here in the future.
