Pizza was soggy and I am extremely disappointed. It was awful and I remember Pizza Hut being good. No salad bar at any Pizza Huts anymore? Wtf!? One Star just bc my husband ate and I didn't have to make him dinner tonight.

The app wouldn’t let me submit order so we drove over & I showed the Mgr at the Pizza Hut location on Dakota Ave in Fresno my pizza was Free with redeeming my rewards & he told me to hit “pay in store” to submit order. He was very nice & respectful. This is the only Pizza Hut location I use. Great staff & food is always very tasty.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and forgot to add a topping other than cheese on both. They called to confirm both pizzas were cheese only!! I’ve never had a pizza spot double check an order that didn’t seem to the usual!! I appreciate the above and beyond customer service here!!!

This place is not in the best area but has great tasting food and good ppl working here. They even sell Fries now!! There's even a couple of Claw machines too!!
It was busy so I expected the food to be behind. But the girl who was in the front was busy talking about a co-worker who's last day was yesterday to another customer then getting the food out. She was talking about throwing up when she ran, and my order was done I got up and went to the front corner. I was there for about 10 minutes before my wife got up and she asked if we needed anything. I said my pizza please. She already helped us out when we paid, so she knew we had ordered our food. At that moment the phone rang and she said "O hell no", and let it ring.
Order was perfectly delivered and excellent customer service. Ordered the new Christmas promotion and it was amazing!😎✊🎊

Pizza crust was not done very mushy from being undercooked and soda was missing pasta wrong size for price and I never got a receipt for my records and I paid with my card. Chicken was cool breadsticks were to and cinnamon rolls were good. But main attraction was horrible and it was my birthday smh

Great location... The food is done very quickly and cooked thru, the staff is very nice and the location is very clean and always kept up.
Parking: Kind of an old strip mall location, so decent amount of parking, especially considering the other store next to them is closed.
Kid-friendliness: They have a couple TV's, one usually sports and the other more kid friendly shows. They also have an arcade game - 1 or 2. Not alot of room to run around for them tho.
