Really disappointed with my order on October 28, 2025 at Lunchtime. I ordered a total of 6 Personal Pan Pizzas. I only ordered 2 cheese pizzas, instead I got 3. Did not get the bacon topping that I ordered. Also, none of the pizzas were cut into fourths like all the other ones before. We had to pull the pizzas out of the pan and cut them ourselves or just eat them whole (that was a weird experience).

I small restaurant that was pretty clean when I got there. I came in on a Monday after school and the food came out pretty quickly. It was good. High recommend if you want a quick bite to eat.

I walked here from McDonald's after a TERRIBLE experience involving their food thinking maybe I could get a good meal. It all started fine but within minutes of eating, my dog vomited the 8 slices of pepperoni pizza along with the Mt. Dew he drank. I left annoyed because the odor was horrific.

Called and ordered plain breadsticks, got there and they gave us garlic breadsticks so we have to wait extra 10 minutes which isn’t a big deal. But our pepperoni pizza is overcooked and for what ever reason it was kinda spicy. And our supreme pizza was also overcooked with barely any green peppers on it. This Pizza Hut used to be good I don’t know what’s going on with it.

Pizza was soggy and I am extremely disappointed. It was awful and I remember Pizza Hut being good. No salad bar at any Pizza Huts anymore? Wtf!? One Star just bc my husband ate and I didn't have to make him dinner tonight.

The staff were friendly, quick with service, and showed attentiveness to quality. This location in particular is better than others nearby due to the caliber of care the staff had.
The app wouldn’t let me submit order so we drove over & I showed the Mgr at the Pizza Hut location on Dakota Ave in Fresno my pizza was Free with redeeming my rewards & he told me to hit “pay in store” to submit order. He was very nice & respectful. This is the only Pizza Hut location I use. Great staff & food is always very tasty.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and forgot to add a topping other than cheese on both. They called to confirm both pizzas were cheese only!! I’ve never had a pizza spot double check an order that didn’t seem to the usual!! I appreciate the above and beyond customer service here!!!
