If I could give zero stars, I would. Mr. Carlos was extremely unprofessional. He became upset after his own mistake was pointed out, and instead of addressing it, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and blame others. The issue was over a simple sauce he mishandled due to his own carelessness, yet he directed his frustration at customers. Completely unacceptable behavior.

My husband placed his order in the store then went and left for about 6-7 min. When returning he noticed his name was not on the board anymore. The female employee told him 3 more minutes. 15 min later he asks again and she tried to tell him 3 more min. Then the male employee then admitted they gave good order or to someone else. Still wanting food he asked how long. Normally 8 min but 15-20 min cuz there are orders ahead of you. No his order was in long before the others. He ended up getting his money back after some arguing. Ridiculous!!! Now he is still hungry. 😒😒

One guy is working here name is ADAM. Worst person he didn’t know how to talk with costumer. Very rude I think he is crazy. These type of people not eligible for work at Pizza Hut. If anyone want to come here first see reviews because employees are very manner less. They don’t know how to give service. I suggest to everyone not come here try another Pizza Hut they are better than this.

Attempted to order Friday night dinner and the Door Dasher gave the order away while I was on the phone with him. The Evening Manager was pleasant but being nearly $40 out till a refund can be returned mid-week blows. Won’t be a patron again.

ordered their large 1-topping pizza well done, it was delicious, i was disappointed on the pasta, it tasted old/moldy. not sure if that’s how they come but id have to give dominos the winner on their baked pasta. parmesan cheese sticks were delicious, they forgot my marinara sauces. didn’t realize till i got home, my fault as well. on average it was a 3/5.
Food came promptly and was very good. Friendly staff.

Terrible service. Food was nasty. Never going back. As loud and obnoxious as their front door sound is there no reason I stood there and waited for someone to come for so long to get my pick up order. I left sat in the car and went back in when I saw someone else go in and I finally got serviced after them. Pizza was cold by the time I got it.

Ordered and paid for a supreme pizza and went for pickup. When I first entered the store, two employees made me wait just to let them chit chat but all they had to do is hand me my pizza. After 7 mins, the what-so-called the manager, Ceci told me my pizza is already made but my order failed to paid without an exact explanation why. I paid for my pizza and gave an 20% tips because she told me she discounted my order from 30 to 19 dollars. However, when she showed me my pizza, I can obviously tell that the one pizza she handed me isn’t what I ordered for. The pizza looks old and I can conclude she gave me that pizza because she wanted me to clean the food that another person doesn’t want. I can say she is lying when she told me my pizza is done but actually my pizza isn’t mines. She debated for herself that she looked at my order when it is delivered but somehow the pizza came out like that. She doesn’t have a clear explanation because she doesn’t know how to speak English. I can understand why she discounted my food when I realized she is lying, she wants to show herself kind and honest while she doesn’t have any. Ceci, as the 7716 Pizza Hut manager doesn’t obtain any ability and skill but she has bad attitude at her customer. I hope 7716 Pizza Hut can get help with finding better employees and a better person for the manager job.
