Poki Bowl Express

Place used to be good, food still is but their hours changed recently which used to be perfect for after the gym on a Saturday or Sunday. Also, recently they just started running out of options for your bowls, no chicken 3 hours before they close. AC seems to never work during the summer.

I got a medium bowel today and the staff member there was pretty nice but the portion of the voices protein was not it I feel like they were too greedy with the portion of the proteins

Swicyaki chicken bowl is awesome. Chicken was fresh and juicy. I would swear it came off the BBQ with little crispy bits.....If you're looking for a yummy bowl. TRY THE SWICYAKI CHICKEN BOWL!!

10/10 The Poki bowls are always fresh and very filling. The service is excellent and you are always greeted and treated well. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious lunch option.

This shop was the wife and I 's first poke bowl experience ever years ago. The staff and environment was great but we noticed the portions were not consistent at all. We'd go from huge portions to half bowl sizes with every visit. We eventually stopped going because of this.

On one occasion, wife and I went 30 minutes before closing and there was another couple ahead of us. I looked at the bowl the staff was preparing and it was up to the half way mark on the bowl. He was on the toppings station. So we just left. Maybe because it was close to closing?

They may have fixed this by now but I wouldn't chance it.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my experience was enjoyable from the moment I walked in. Great job to Anthony and his team. Considering the quality and portion sizes, I found the prices to be very reasonable. It's a great place to get a healthy and satisfying meal without breaking the bank. Overall, Poki Bowl Express exceeded my expectations. It's a perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. I highly recommend trying their signature poki bowl if you're a fan of fresh and delicious food.

There’s a worker here that punched me on the face and he gave me a head concussion and he still working there. The place is ghetto avoid it. If he doesn’t get fire soon I’m pressing charges again him and the business.

First time ever having poki before the manager, Anthony, was SO patient with me. And helped me decide. He was very very nice and was also so nice to his employees, you could really tell they all liked working for him.

The food is kind of expensive for a poki bowl. It was $18 for a large bowl, no sides or drink. I'd rather have 2 real sushi rolls somewhere else. The employees will say hi, eventually but then take their time to stumble towards you. When you finally get to order, they expect you to know exactly what you want and hurry along... Not like there's ever a line or anything. Anyway, it's not the best in town but for that area, it's alright. Most of them are nice. Just get your food and get out. The atmosphere... It's like a Luke warm igloo. So boring, nothing to look at. At least there's music.

Parking: Shared parking with all the shops and gym. I usually have to wait for someone to leave.

I literally never write google reviews but tbh this place is ridiculous I never heard of this before . Today I send my husband to purchase a scoop of rice from here again the order was 1 scoop of rice and asked if it could be half white and brown with spicy mayo and teriyaki on the side and as always they agreed but apparently this time they were training a new worker and she over charged my husband and the total was almost $15 for the plate and let me say this I’ve been a customer since 2019 going to poki bowl getting the exact same order for years from several workers and I’ve never paid more than $6 for a scoop of rice there so I knew something wasn’t right I asked my spouse to return the food and request a refund . The girls said that no manager was on site and nobody could authorize that refund for us and if I wanted a refund to come back tomorrow between certain hours when the manager is there . I was furious not only did the workers admit to messing up my order they also confessed to not having proper management on site to correct these kinds of basic issues . So my concern is how am I suppose to keep coming back and trust you will give me back my money when your employees are improperly trained and now I’m having to be inconvenienced . I dont play with my time or money especially because currently I’m 37weeks pregnant and for 14$ I could buy a whole bag of rice and talking about if you want a refund you can come back tomorrow for it like excuse me but how do you know I’m from the area or don’t have other things that wouldn’t allow me to return in other words the fact that I was overcharged requested a refund then I have to come back for it another day all cause they have incompetent employees is ridiculous will never be coming back only time is to get my refund tomorrow . Btw I loved your guys rice so having to do this is devastating ya’ll lost me forever just so you know .
