Chicken seem little under cooked thank god I have an air fryer. Chicken has no seasoning what’s going on. Wish food was hotter little on the warm side. I think they use only salt on chicken has no flavor. Taste like grease & flour. I’m disappointed

The chicken was delicious. I could tell it was freshly made. The reason for the 2 stars, in the other areas, is the fact that they do not acknowledge customers when we walk in. The workers just continue about their business and don’t even look up at the customers and greet us or anything. I understand they’re busy, but a simple “Hello, we’ll be right with you” does not take up any time. I made eye contact with one of the workers and smiled at her and she just looked away. No smile back or anything. Plus this is the 2nd time I’ve visited this specific store and the wait time is usually long, even though I place my order well in advance through their mobile app. Again, the chicken was very good and fresh but they need some more training regarding customer service.

Found hair in my chicken, but I think it's more funny than dangerous (threw it away for safety reasons, of course). Got a refund within a week and was reassured the staff were notified of the incident.

The inside of the building is kept well, but the parking has me in shambles. I'm a little intimidated by some of the workers there, particularly this one lady with a dead/tired resting expression.

Came in no TV just music, service could use some work. Feels good inside specifically summer time. However let's me discuss the food. If your willing to wait and that gentlemen named Anthony. He's the cook, and the food will be better, recommended asking who's cooking before ordering.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru just to order. With one car in front of me. Waited another 10 minutes for food after getting parked….. super slow.

Horrible service. We went to the drive thru and they took 20 mins. They said they’re system is down but this happens every single time we come. Awful service. We ended up leaving as well as the other 3 cars behind us.

Horrible service always out of menu items. They had no drinks just lemonade. They then asked me to park for 4 minutes I waited 10 went inside and told the young lady in the front I was out there waiting on my food she looked confused she then asked the drive through lady “ did you have a car parked “ the lady looked and was like “ oh yeah her” then pointed to me. The young lady apologized and said sorry she didn’t tell us…

I had just gotten my wisdom tooth out and they made sure to make my potatoes and mashed potatoes just perfect. Even gave me my gravy on the side. So sweet

I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome to Popeyes! ☺️
Used a coupon everything went well.❤️
Chicken is always good at this location. 😊 Mashed potatoes gravy has changed color and it tasted like vinegar. 😧I think I won't be ordering that anymore.
They got my order right. Good job guys! My favorite to order here is classic chicken sandwich and classic chicken.😋 Thank you💞

Strike 3 Your out. 3 days in a row 1st only spicy chicken. Day 2 waited to place order left after no service. Day 3 got acknowledged, but sadly 5 min later still no order taken. Bye
