We waited for 35 minutes to get an 8 piece of chicken. The person taking orders inside had no sense of urgency even though several agitated customers were waiting to order. It appears someone called out but the obvious lack of organization and urgency was really frustrating. I’ve yet to have an actual good experience with the customer service at Popeyes.

The Manager was very Rude!! I asked her for The Corporate Office number, she didnt even bother to look at me and said while turning away Its On the Door! I asked her for her name, she said you dont need my name, Im not not giving you my name! She is Lucky she didnt Catch These Hands with Her Rudeness and Unprofessional Manager Attitude! Never Again!

Over the last year or so I've probably had Popeyes more than I ever had in my life. I love Popeyes(the Shaw and Cedar location is good) The Wings they have with different sauces are bomb! I enjoy their red beans and rice, as well as their Mac N Cheese. This review is about Popeyes overall yes, but also for the Spicy Flounder Sandwich that's back!! So glad it's back! Have already had 3 of them since they've returned lol. One of the best Fish Sands in the Fish Sandwich Game lol fast food or not. So Glad there's a Popeyes By My Pad. I RECOMMEND THE SPICY FLOUNDER SANDWICH TO ALL WHO LIKE FISH SANDWICHES. :)I Only knocked off one star for service because I asked for extra pickles and didn't really get extra, and homeboy working wouldn't give me a side of pickles which I have been given on several occasions before. All good! Still good food!

Waiting for more than 40 mins for chicken. They also prioritized the online orders instead of pick up orders which packed up the whole process. No apologize and just plain rude.
Took my wife there for lunch. The service at this resturant is terrible. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The dining room was empty so it wasn't like they were busy. The guy that was supposed to be running the front counter kept disappearing in the back instead of attend to the customers. I ordered a 2 PC chicken meal. I could see a ton of chicken that was cooked and just sitting there. I don't know why it would take so long to throw 2 PC of chicken in a box and hand it to me. There were at least 5 people standing in the back talking instead of working. I can see now why there were no customers. This place needs a serious manager change

Soda machine was broken, so no refills. Food was ok, just not what we're accustomed to. The biscuits have a different tasting butter, almost sweet. We're from Shreveport, LA, so maybe the products differ from state to state. Red beans and rice and potatoes were delicious as usual.
