I bought my husband a gift card over a year ago for Popeyes and he’s tried to use it at 5 different locations and every location has said they don’t know how to use it input the gift cards. This seems super fishy considering he also tried to use it when visiting in Texas. Seems like a scam to offer gift cards when No employees know how to use them so now we have to use double the money to even eat at Popeyes and are out money from our gift card!! I would love to be refunded my money I paid for this gift card.

Horrible service just ate there ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was the driest sandwich ever. I asked if they could give me extra sauce, and they said they don’t sell it separately and I asked if they could put on the sandwich and even offered to pay and they declined.

Ordered 8pcs mixed chicken family meal on 6/23/25 around 1700 and the food gives diarrhea runs starting 2300 to me, my wife and sister in law. We didn’t eat other food besides the chicken meal we ordered. And we order food here on atleast once a month and first time we had food issues. Seems like county need to check this branch for sanitary and food safety handling.

I’ve ordered from a couple of Popeyes locations in town over the years. This location’s service is alot better than the one on Blackstone. Food is usually pretty good. But there has been couple of times when i ordered, their fried chicken is greasy to the point the fried chicken is not crispy on the outside anymore. So the chicken is almost soggy like. But again for the most part, their food is good. And this one is better than the other Popeyes located on Blackstone!

IF I could give a negative -4 star review I would because the older lady “manger” is absolutely disrespectful and does not know how to run a business properly! I went to get food and the young girl cashier had no change but the so called “manger” was being beyond rude , being disrespectful.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !! honestly do better.. this is why your reviews are so low!!!

I usually love this location. They always made our food so delicious but now that they have this new manager Melva and Victor they suck. The food was cold old and just horrible this this case for dissatisfying I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs they were very disrespectful and when I tried to tell them, what the problem was, they told me I was wrong. There’s nothing they can do about it. They didn’t wanna hear me out or help me out and for that reason I’m out.

They have lost their touch . Haven’t went in about good 6 months. I sent fiancé to go and order the fish sandwich , just woke up and it’s my day off. Very bad customer service, very bad customer assistance, very bad manners, attitude when I’m paying with my own money. I work really hard for my money and can’t believe they expect me to come back and spend my money here. I advise you not to come here at all because they made me feel wrong when I called the store and if they feel like they’re job is to make a customer run away, good job Popeyes staff, better people to hire that will take they’re jobs seriously .
I always love their chicken tenders. Nothing else in this world is better than Popeyes in my opinion. I also love their chicken sandwich too. I tried it with mayo & pickles before but I like it better plain. Sometimes they kinda take either 30 minutes or hour to get my food ready but on the positive note, their chicken will always make me happy person alive in this world!🩵🍗😍
