Took over 30 minutes for the food, and it wasn't even fresh after getting the food we were told that we couldn't stay because they were closed for the night. Staff was very unfriendly and had an attitude.

Today is Thanksgiving day, and everything was great until I ordered some foods from this Popeye restaurant. I ordered a family meal from home and when I got there about 25mins later, I went to the drive thru and they couldn’t find my order after asking for my name several times so I decided to go inside and show them my order on my phone thru their app and the receipts on my email.

I didn’t think much about it walking in. After waiting for a fews mins in line since there was some customers waiting too, I told the cashier that I was in the drive thru and they said they couldn’t find my order.

A African American Female employee walk toward me with a bag of foods and told me to stop expecting to places an order one minutes ago and expecting it to be ready a minute later. (With a very bad attitude and very unprofessional). I nicely told her that I ordered about 25mins ago from home and got arrived to pick up my foods only. But she ignored me and said “Good day” in a very rude and disrespectful way.( while everyone in the restaurant look at me like I did something wrong).

I was so lost and confused by this. I took out my phone to show her my receipt and the app showing my name and the time I placed the order and she didn’t even bother to look at me or my phone and walk away telling me “Good day, you can go now”. I nicely told her that I don’t want the foods anymore and want my refund, she replied; “contact the online support” in a very rude and unprofessional way again. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said “I’m the manager”. I told her you have a very bad customer service and attitude for no reason and the issue with you not finding my order is not my fault. She continue her back to me and say “I told you already, good day”. Still in shock and confused, I just walked out and contacted support on my app. Let’s see if they will do anything about it. Be careful everyone, some people don’t deserve to be a manager or in charge. I feel sorry for the employees that work under her, if she is really a manager.

The lady who worked the drive through today at 10:30 was beyond rude. She yelled at my husband when she asked for what size side orders he was ordering. Totally not okay to take out your frustrations on customers

This is such BS. I ordered a 14 piece tenders meal that comes with 2 large sides (fries) and 5 biscuits. I ordered through their app. It said DoorDash will be delivering for them.

I was told the driver was waiting for the food as it wasn’t ready. About 10 minutes later I called him and he said he was barely getting to the restaurant. After 25 more minutes I texted him and he said someone else picked up my order.

After 1 hour and 2 minutes of waiting for a delivery that was supposed to take 10 minutes I called the Popeyes where I was told they don’t do delivery and that she didn’t even know if they had an order for me.

She found out from another worker there that someone picked up my food 35 prior to my call and the manager said there’s nothing she can do about it since they don’t even do delivery. (Obviously miscommunication here as ITS ON THE APP AND WEBSITE!).

So now they stole $30.33 from me and a driver from DoorDash got free food. I’m out of money and now can’t even eat. What a scam!!!!

Then suddenly I get a text saying my order was cancelled. Ok, so how was it cancelled yet they picked up the food already and still have my money. Hmm. Seams suspicious to me!

Went to pick up a 3 piece meal. Got it home it was a 2 piece. So disappointing. I clearly said 3 piece.

I order ALOT thru Uber Eats. EVERY OTHER place I order from I get utinsels, napkins and condiments that go with the order AUTOMATICALLY! Popeye's crew just sent food. How am I supposed to eat sides WITH NO UNTISELS? there was NO BUTTER OR HONEY for the biscuit so I WAS FORCED TO EAT IT DRY! They DID NOT ADD NAPKINS... WHAT?! AM I SUPPOSED WO WIPE MY HANDS AND MOUTH ON MY CLOTHES???!!! I call and they girl who answrred said "OH, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM!" BIOTCH! I ORDERED THRU UBER EATS!!!!! I wasnt there to ask! She says "well you should have put it in the comments!" BIOTCH AND WERE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS HOW, WHEN ORDERING THRU UBER EATS?
Stick to Kentucky Fried Chicken, El Pollo Loco or something! You'll get better service and the food will not be cold.

Management needs to have a talk with their staff about customer service. Whoever these girls were that worked Tuesday night on the 13th were disgustingly rude. I had a pickup order thru doordash and when it was time to pickup the girl at the window told me it wasn’t ready (rolled her eyes). I waited patiently for over 30 mins and when it was ready she waived me down and so I thought she wanted me to go grab the food. Before this there were 2 doordashers that walked up to the window to grab their orders. When I went to the window another girl opened it and just stared at me looking me up at down and said nothing! I told her I had a pickup order and then she finally opened up her stupid mouth and told me I had to wait in my car. I will not be coming back to this location. And if you’re reading this, DO BETTER!

Placed my order in the drive thru. They said to park and they will bring the food out to us . I had to get out and go into the store . They dropped the order and forgot about it . Then all they said was I could get a lousy pie for your inconvenience.. lousy service and rude managers, not even an apology food was cold was not happy with them
