Went in this time instead of door dash and wow!! This place is suuuuuper clean and amazing workers! And the sandwich of course was amazing!

I know this is a chain, but it's my fave sandwich shop. Give me that mayo/mustard combo! I grew up in Las Vegas and this was almost a daily stop after high school and before heading to my job to push carts at the local grocery store. My go to order is the Classic Sub #13: Peppered pastrami, turkey, and swiss cheese or the Classic Sub #5:Smoked ham, turkey, and cheddar cheese. There's really nothing that amazing about these sandwiches. Don't get me wrong they are good, but it's more of nostalgia snack for me. Plus that mayo/mustard combo with oregano, oil, and vinegar is to die for! Port of Subs, please come to Nashville!

I have ordered from this location for many years. Last night was a absolute nightmare with our order. Placed order online. Upon picking up our order and taking it home opened it up and two out of three sandwiches were wrong. Called the store explained the problem Expected they would say ok and make them right. Quite the opposite made it look like our problem and really gave us the run around. We even went back to the store and showed the online order to the manager he still questioned us. Became a real mess. He finally made them right I can't believe that losing customers over two sandwiches was worth customers of many years.

10/10 this place is full of hardworking sandwich makers. Not only do they do the best when slammed but they keep the food service standard of washing hands between each sandwich/ customer. I appreciate these employees. They make a damn good sandwich and bring the best they can to the customers. I highly recommend this place.

After the gym we stopped by this Port of Subs and to my surprise they had beautiful crisp romaine lettuce leafs for my lettuce wrap and my two boys were very happy with their sandwich’s. I love how they cut the meat and cheese in front of you and their toppings are fresh, beautiful, and clean. We will be back for this wonderful low cal lunch.

This Port of Subs is the absolutely best! My husband and I come here weekly (sometimes more than once)! We absolutely love the fresh sandwiches and the value for your money! They have great daily deals and you always get treated like family here. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and generous! This is our first choice for sandwiches! Wishing I could give them 10 stars!

I have visited this store in person for years. Recently I started using the online ordering and picking up EVERYTIME we have placed an order for double cheese or add bacon it has never been received. Upon picking up we even asked the employee if it was added because it has happened so many times.. I finally called today and asked for a credit (for today only even though it has added up over time) and to let the manager/owner know. He then asked the employees and they said they added it. So he said "I am not saying you're lying but they said they added so I believe them." Also that maybe it disappeared while being grilled. Basically this store has been profiting over $2 per order everytime we order not including the tip.. Instead of being apologetic the owner simply kept telling me his employees don't lie and once I mentioned writing a review he said he doesn't know how to credit but I could go in. I hung up at this point and made the decision that after years we will take our business elsewhere.

okay dude. i'm not usually a karen. i don't have much to complain about. in fact i usually love port of subs, it's my fav. but. i'm wondering how long there's been a bug issue for. i almost ate a big a** moth that was dead in between the pieces of spinach on my sandwich a little bit ago. and that pretty much sent me. i already wasn't feeling good today. now i probably won't go back for a while. sorry to say that, but yeah. first half of the sandwich was great. glad i looked at the next half before biting into it. hope this was the only one and that i didn't accidentally eat another one or something. kinda gross. i went back right away to show them and they offered to make me a new one. i didn't want it. they gave me my money back for the half i didn't eat.
