I used to love going to this pos I just spent $37 the other day for Brown lettuce. Then the guy proceeds to tell my girlfriend who is a produce manager that it's not Brown and I will never go back there again!!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery. We spent $50 and every one of our sandwiches was made wrong. Missing the main protein on two sandwiches, missing sauce, missing two types of veggies on two sandwiches, got a veggie we didn’t ask for on one. Called the store and they said they had no way to refund us for the wrongly made sandwiches. Had to tell them that I could have at least gotten a phone call that certain veggies were not available. No manager available to speak to. Never got a refund and was told I could drive over to get new sandwiches. That’s it.Update: I added a star because the employee responsible reached out personally and tried his best to make things right in whatever way he could. He did not have a manager present but found a way to refund us for the order that was made wrong. He kept in contact with us and made it right with whatever means he had available. Overall the food is good and we always enjoy the quality ingredients from port of subs over other sandwich shops. We appreciate the employee reaching out and correcting the issue. We’ll be back again.

This port of subs is inside the gas station. I go here to get sandwiches all the time. Customer service is good, it's clean, and the sandwiches are good. They also except ebt for cold sandwiches.

Always be careful of what you are getting make sure you inspect your meat make sure it's not old ok, they have no problem giving you old expired meat!! But other than that their sandwiches are good if everything is fresh!!

I love Port of Subs. There 2 foot long sandwich that only $17. It is so delicious.
The guys are rude here and port of subs is not 24 hours I was told there closed when I came around 9 something smh

Either they need to update their hours of operation or just simply take it out. Says it closes at 8pm and when I got there at 7:30ish, the lights still flashing fresh slicing, fresh sandwiches, but when I was waiting patiently about 2 minutes then trying to look over the counter to see if there's anybody that can help me, the 2 employees at cash register who saw me come and waited the whole time didn't say anything until I leaned forward. They both told me that service was closed about 30 minutes ago and I was like it's not even 8pm yet so they're saying it was closed since 7pm already? Either that or they're just lazy. They both continue to watch some videos in the phones together. I got annoyed and left.

The charged me an extra 10 dollars and there sandwhichs are not worth the 7 dollars I spent today. Everything is over price and charged me for two things I didn't buy. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
