I came in for 3 sandwiches. Stood in line behind a girl who was ordering 1 sandwitch at a time. I was there for 15 mins and the customer service person could have acknowledged me. But nothing.

I visited the Port of Sub at Shaw and Brawley on May 19, 2023. I have have here the past two years and the past month I have been very disappointed in this establishment. This used to be my favorite place and now the bread looks like thin subway bread and the line where all the veggies are is filthy dirty!! I was told they have a new owner and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be back and neither will my family and friends! Have it go back to how it was before, why fix something that wasn't broke!!!!!

Had veggie over there, really awesome. It’s under new management is really nice n gave me coupons which I ll be using on my next visit. New look n friendly staff and atmosphere.

Ordered a 5" Pastrami and a 5" double meat Salami and spent just under $25.00 -- what a rip off. Salami was old and tasteless. Pastrami was okay, but picking up the sandwiches was a fiasco. The very rude lady behind the counter watched me walk in and then went somewhere in the back and only returned after I called out (waited about 5 minutes). Then she ripped off the receipt, handed me the bag and grunted when I said, "Thank you and have a nice day." That's my last time to Port of Subs on Shaw and Brawley.

Had a GREAT experience right now at Port of Subs at the location on Shaw and Brawley store #36. I was helped by Jeanie (hope I spelled her name right) and she provided above and beyond service! She asked if it was enough of the extras in my sandwiches and even went out of her way to make something they were out of. Also she still had brownies on the baking tray and was kind enough to cut me a fresh one. She didn't know but she made my day with her awesome people skills. Huge shout out to Jeanie!!!!

Yummy in my tummy! Was craving a tuna sandwich and port of subs happened to be close to me. I normally go to the "other" sandwich shop. I am not too familiar with port of subs and felt lost when I arrived. The gentleman at the counter was very patient and very helpful. He recommended the #7 tuna with provolone. Asked what toppings. Everyone so helpful and nice. Sandwich was delicious! Highly recommended!
