I placed an order November 9 for pick up the next day. I received this email saying my order was ready. I drove 45 minutes and paid $32 in parking only to be told by the store that my order isn’t ready and they are unable to process my order, Because they don’t have enough supplies.
I must say the staff was not very apologetic and made it seem like it was my fault for showing up. They totally ignore me after being told me my order, wasn’t going to be ready.
I asked for the managers phone number and called about 15 times and was hung up on three times.

??, all i got, is you must have better connection with these guys, no matter what is your appt time. Giving them 5 stars for their worst work n management with no Limit. Whenever i delivered load here, same thing happened. Not even a single lucky chance that i get any good service here.

My husband used to work here and it's says on the bottle purify water but used water from the water hose he seen lots of nasty stuff here that people do.I wouldn't drink there

Worst place to deliver to!!! Hands down!!! Appointment was at 8am and I showed up on time. I was the only truck there and I was delivering empty bottles. Then another truck came an hour and half after me and they unloaded him before me!! Even after I had spoken to them. They didn’t start to unload me until 11:00am. After they unloaded another truck before me too. They are very unprofessional!!!!! If I can rate zero stars I would!!!

Not a good place to deliver. I brought load of empty bottles here. 6pm appointment, got door at 8pm, no movement till 9:30pm, its now 10:30 still getting unloaded. I am the only one here. For one truck they need 6 hours.

Right after checked in, i got a door, and they started unloading me in less than 5 min. Very fast service.
I got here at 9am and got door right away but now it 12pm they haven’t start unloading me yet There is no others truck here

Absolutely terrible place to work. The managers are pretentious and self-centered. They don't value their employees whatsoever and they are only interested in pleasing their superiors. They are constantly pushing their employees beyond their limits while they sit comfortably in their offices. The plant manager FERNANDO is the absolute worst as he lacks all the people skills expected in such a leadership role. He continuously makes a mockery of the organization while setting a fantastic example of what not to do as a manager. AT ALL COSTS DO NOT WORK FOR OR BUY FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL ORGANIZATION.
