It's fast food. I got the chicken bites, and they were fine. There wasn't seasoning on them, but the BBQ sauce was alright. The fries are extremely greasy, making them soggy but the flavor was pretty good. All in all, I'd probably eat there again simply because of its location and lack of other options.

The white girl working around 1:40pm Wednesday October 29th 2025 was pretty rude. Seemed like she hated her life. She looked at me with complete disgust when I showed her my phone to confirm my order. Just a glare that I'll never forget along with complete silence I couldn't wait to get out of there. If she don't like her job she shouldn't be at the window taking orders. Sorry not sorry.

I go to Rally's alot in Hanford, but this Fresno location was horrible. The woman who took my order didn't know anything about the menu. I watched them pull frozen cheese and cold burger patties from a plastic container and assemble my food which was tiny. The cheese was frozen, the meat was cold and pink. It took 15 minutes to get the food and we spent $27 for this horrible experience. 4 double rally burgers smaller than my hand and a fry lover XL with half the fries burnt and others cold and a drink that was all ice and barely any soda. Won't make the mistake of eating here again.
The food was okay, they didn't mess up the order but it was packaged so sloppy. My fries were Hanging out of my chicken bites box. The customer service was eh, the employees obviously hate there job. While waiting in line a homeless woman stood in front of our car and stared at us for a while, smiled and then moved along. That was uncomfortable for sure. There are a lot of unhoused people that post up all around this rallys so it's not my preferred spot.

The white lady, working there, with tats. Was so rude. No drink carrier offered. Tried handing me a melting sideways wonky ice cream. i had to ask for a cup and a holder and napkins. There is no service with her. Not even a smile.she acted like i was bothering her. Never again bad attitude with greasy fries.
