In December 2024 at about 4:30 p.m. I placed an order on my cellphone. It took money out of my account and gave me a pickup time. When my husband and I arrived to pickup our food we were told they were closed and that my account would be credited back the money deducted. Phone calls left me being told to give it "another week" for the refund! My money has Never been refunded! Who is the owner of this restaurant and how do I get my money back!?!

I was craving Rally’s and I get there at 5:15 PM and they are CLOSED!!!! Really WTF and this isn’t the first time that this has happened last time it was on a Sunday. OK kinda understandable but this is in the middle of The damn week And google still shows it open until 8 PM why the hell is this OK?

I just had to take advantage of a Rally's Large deliciously seasoned Fry. IMO, the best in the fast food markets and better than 95% of all restaurants.

It's been hot here in Fresno like 115° so I wanted something cold I figured Rally's would have something good but when I went there they didn't have no ice cream or anything besides sodas that was whack very disappointing seems like it's always something with them. The one on parkway no good the one off of Fresno Street that one's a good one and they're open later
