The staff here are always friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently enjoyable. My only concern is with the seating policy. Guests are often placed directly next to other diners, even when other unused tables appear available. While I understand the intent to maximize space for larger parties, it can make the dining experience feel less comfortable for individuals or smaller groups.
If the policy allowed a bit more flexibility in seating when space permits, it would greatly improve the atmosphere. Lunch is often a time to relax and decompress, and a little extra space can make a big difference. With this small adjustment, the restaurant could elevate an already positive experience into an excellent one

If you go here, make sure to come at least 2 hours before you start feeling hungry. We waited an hour and 10 minutes after we ordered to get the ramen. The ramen was pretty good tho...but not worth the wait.

Spicy tonkatsu amazing just the right spicy. Brisket pho was amazing as well mixed in with the chili oil sirachi and hoisen sauce. Amazing will definitely come back. We loved it. Excellent service. Thank you for having us sit at your table.

I never had Pho, except for store bought, before my visit. I was highly impressed. The quality and portions were great. Definitely will be visiting again to try their other dishes

Had the spicy tonkatsu ramen which was delicious. It was 18$ but I was very happy with the amount of food. Maybe smaller portions for cheaper would be work well as an option. I really wish they had japanese anime songs playing to help solidify the atmosphere. They had Spanish music playing which is fine, but it broke the vibe. Will come again!

Honestly the best ramen I ever had in my life. I ordered the spicy ramen and wifey ordered the meat lovers pho and everything was delicious. They have cool Japan sodas for the kids too I thought was neat. We also had the honors of having the owner in the kitchen preparing our meals so that was really cool.

The place was perfect. The host was excellent continuing to check on me and my family to make sure we were comfortable. The food was perfect. Only thing I wanted was a beer but hey that's not a big deal. Overall 10 out of 10

We wanted to give this place a try because of the anime theme. My kiddo is huge into anime. Customer service was good. Food was eh From someone's who's had alot of Ramen and Pho this was not authentic at all. Takoyaki was uncooked in the center outside was golden brown but you bite it and it was all just gooey batter. Pho broth was watered down and had odd flavor and none of the typical spices used in pho and was greasy. Chili sauce had zero spice just extra oil to add on to your already greasy broth.
My son had the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was ok We for sure have had better and more authentic Ramen in town. The pork Gyozas tasted like the frozen ones you buy at the store.
Overall its not a place we will be going back too the only anime things were the paintings on the wall and food is not something that will bring us back.
Plus while driving home got the tummy gurgles real bad not sure if it was the takoyaki or pho broth that got me and ran straight through me.

Passed by many times, checked it out on Google maps. Creative logo and theme made it stand out.
Finally got the wife to try it out with me and unfortunately it was not a great experience.
Went in around 7:40 and the waitress who was very nice and attentive sat us. Had to wait a bit for her to deal with multiple food delivery drivers issues and phone calls as she was the only one.
We were excited to try the pho only to be told they were out of pho noodles. (Surprising considering they are right by food co. and grocery outlet! You'd think they could grab some from these places when running low).
Considering the name (Ramen vs Pho) probably shouldn't run out of either of the main characters.
We had eaten ramen previous day from a different restaurant so was planning on trying the pho this visit and ramen next.
Since no pho we decided just to get appetizers.
Chicken wings were not good, tasted old and had corn dog like batter.
Spring rolls and sauce very generic. Tasted identical to ones from Costco.
Lao sausage were good and they give you a lot so that was nice, needs a more flavorful chili paste to go with it.
Based on this experience unlikely to be returning but if we ever do I'll update here.
