This was the first dinner we've had at Red Lobster for at least 5 years and it was very, very good. The seafood dish and appetizer menu was really good, and we came during happy hour so our drinks were a bargain. The server was awesome, ambiance nice, and food tasty. They understood my wife's allergies and advised on dishes without the allergen. The only thing that would make a birthday celebration better would be to have a free complimentary desert or cake served after dinner.

From entering the restaurant I was greeted and I let the host know I wanted to sit at the bar, I waited a few minutes until I was greeted and asked what I would like. Jake a new bartender greeted me and I let him know I wanted a mocktail. I got a coastal breeze and it was so good!

So our last experience at red lobster was not very good so they sent me some coupons to go for a second time we went. It was worse. The food was burnt. My Grandson didn’t get his meal for 45 minutes. We had ours at about 30 minutes and it was just almost uneditable. My husband had to eat around the burnt fish part. I’m attaching photos. You can see exactly what I’m talking about expensive prices for food that was so bad. The manager was really nice, but not much he could do to help.

My experience at Red lobster was amazing due to our server Gregory. From the moment he greeted us at our table his demeanor put us in a great mood. I feel that he is an asset to Red lobster and only wish that I had someone like Gregory at every place I went to eat, it made our experience a wonderful one and set the tone for the rest of our day. He hit every mark with his service also. I will definitely be bringing my family back, thank you so much Gregory for an amazing experience you are an excellent server.

The server Gregory went above and beyond for us. When my wife told him she was blind he did all he could to assist her throughout the dining experience. He was knowledgeable friendly and always checked in on us. Truly a great person and great addition to the staff!

I went there starving. Got full off of the free bread that is served. Which I give 5 stars to that alone. But the drink I ordered was so sweet and nothing like the cherry pepsi that is the real deal. If I had known it could be made I should have stopped right there and say no thank you water is fine. The food took longer than expected and it didn't taste good. It lacked flavor and when the bill came I didn't feel that it was worth the price it was. I did tip the amount suggested none the less. But all in all I won't eat there anymore.
