Worst service I've ever had just this one time though. It's not usually bad. Server had no personality, didn't know who ordered what, never brought bread which normally would be ok but we asked a couple of times. Never asked to refill drinks or get another beverage, and never asked if we were ok. I had to ask the manager to help us. I don't like to complain, but this was bad service all the way around.

What a wonderful experience! The filet mignon and lobster were cooked to perfection. The Mac and Cheese tasted like homemade. The loaded baked potato was delicious. They were out of Crispy Brussel Sprouts which we heard so much about and really wanted to try. The great service and fabulous food just guarantees we'll return soon to try the Brussel Sprouts!!! All this and they were open on Christmas day! Everyone working had a joyful holiday attitude! We may have to make Red Lobster our new go to for celebrations. Definitely worth it!

Had a great dining experience at Red Lobster! The food and drinks were delicious.. the staff was friendly, even the manager Troy came to our table to greet himself and made sure everything was tasting great. Me and my guests felt very welcomed, definitely will come back here again (:

This was the first dinner we've had at Red Lobster for at least 5 years and it was very, very good. The seafood dish and appetizer menu was really good, and we came during happy hour so our drinks were a bargain. The server was awesome, ambiance nice, and food tasty. They understood my wife's allergies and advised on dishes without the allergen. The only thing that would make a birthday celebration better would be to have a free complimentary desert or cake served after dinner.

From entering the restaurant I was greeted and I let the host know I wanted to sit at the bar, I waited a few minutes until I was greeted and asked what I would like. Jake a new bartender greeted me and I let him know I wanted a mocktail. I got a coastal breeze and it was so good!

So our last experience at red lobster was not very good so they sent me some coupons to go for a second time we went. It was worse. The food was burnt. My Grandson didn’t get his meal for 45 minutes. We had ours at about 30 minutes and it was just almost uneditable. My husband had to eat around the burnt fish part. I’m attaching photos. You can see exactly what I’m talking about expensive prices for food that was so bad. The manager was really nice, but not much he could do to help.
