they take 30 minutes to take your order. They bring your food, nobody checks on you, not even to ask you if you need a refill or anything and you pretty much Pay on the kiosk and leave without ever seeing your waiter or waitress but once or twice. They might as well just have us order on the kiosk if the waiters don’t want to attend to their customers. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be my favorite Red Robin in Fresno now it’s just Ghetto to me. Maybe they need more staff. Or better training. I don’t wanna dine here or bring my family here. Waiters are also very rude.

Updating my review 2 years ago, We always get good service everytime we visit but today’s experience is very bad. Server Angie didn’t even bother to check on us.. we waited for her to come back if we need anything else but she never came back after serving the food, had to ask someone else of what we needed. .

Came to Red Robin for valentines dinner. The atmosphere was great. Our waiter was very attentive. We ordered for apps mozzarella sticks, 10" peperoni pizza. They came out hot and fresh. For our entree we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the BBQ chicken sandwich with garlic fries and steak fries. The garlic fries were really good. Make sure to ask for sauces!

Always good to go to red Robin However my Avocobbosalad"s chicken was so rubbery. I know it's a freezer stripped piece and prepared when served however maybe figure something else out to make the chicken not so flavorless and rubbery. Overall the salad was yummy.
My mom and I went in for a quick lunch new years eve and it was nice no one (customers) there. Our server was the real issue. First she took a bit to get to us. After seeing who she was..... she was eating near the kitchen and watching TV screens. Only came to us to take our order, drop off drinks, and when I needed more water I asked the hostess and she let her know to bring us some. After waiting for a long time. Serves just not the same anymore at this location. At times

Best service I've had at any restaurant! Our server Jake was very friendly and funny, cracking lots of jokes. He said the freckled lemonade had "ethically source freckles" haha. A different server (didn't catch his name, but I remember he had gauges in his ears) immediately gave us extra fries with our meal and had Jake bring out more sauces to try with our onion rings. It was also my birthday, my bf asked if they did anything special for birthdays, Jake says (paraphrasing) "Oh yeah we got something for that! Won't tell you what it is but you'll know it when you see it." Later the servers came out and sang happy birthday and gave me a little sundae on the house! Also got a card for a free appetizer for our next visit. One server wished me a happy birthday as she left, and the others did the same as we were getting ready to leave. I'm surprised everyone was so nice and generous considering we admittedly came a little closer to closing. 10000/10 amazing experience.
