The wife and I decided to have a peaceful drink and relax at the bar. We noticed there was a customer with a kid that was yelling and screaming, and making noise. We were very uncomfortable. We could not relax wife and I were having a conversation regarding the situation, the bartender decided to let us know That they were accommodating this customer three or four customers walked away because of the noise and the yelling the fact that the bartender interrupted our private conversation that the wife and I were having that had nothing to do with him Was very rude and we felt uncomfortable we decided leave And go somewhere else today’s date is 8/2/25 Maybe the date will help the franchise educate their employees not to get involved in customer’s conversations And to treat customers equally, you are going to lose five customers over one I will probably not go back if this employee is there, I will walk in and walk away very unprofessional

It was our first time eating at this location and second time ever eating at a red Robin. Food was soooo delicious and the manager and our server were both awesome. You have to try the lemon cake it is also soooo delicious too. Thank you Red Robin staff!

Back in the day they where alot better now they suck, the food was not all that we got a pizza gross. To much 🍅 sauce. And way to expensive.

The restaurant was clean, our server was polite and was knowledgeable of menu. Our food was brought hot to our table. She came around often and asked for refills.

Was waiting 20 minutes on father's day and wasn't packed waiter was taking our order and took half of the drinks and forgot about us not the way to take care of your customers should at least said I'll be right back smh

Came for lunch after a graduation. they opened at 11 and just have people waiting around. Were not ready to open up and only have 1 server working. Horrible customer service. The guy Cam checking people in is rude and rolling his eyes . It’s 11:23 and people are still just waiting around.
