The staff at Red Robin West Shaw work hard to make sure your food is right the first time. If not they will make sure it is right for you. The staff are friendly and know how to treat customers.The food is pretty good, not excellent. The environment has a slight sports bar vibe with big screen TVs in multiple areas of the restaurant. It has a large bar area.This restaurant gets very busy at the busy times. If you go at the off time you'll be in and out no problemWheelchair accessibility: They have excellent handicap access with easy open doors. There is plenty of seating and parking for wheelchair access

Poor girls were inadequately trained. They were personal enough, but in our order, I never received my milk shake while my grandson had gotten his. Later we asked and a lady came by saying the machine had broken. Why not tell us a soon as you found out so I can make a decision of an alternative. They did finally bring one as we were leaving and did not charge, but we had to put it into a cup to take on the road (1 hour)

Alejandra, our server was fantastic and the food was great. Only hiccup, was told they would text me when table was ready but they didn't do that. Easily overlooked because of the service by our waitress. And of course good food.

Probably the worst Red Robin I've been to. Our server was great but she had zero help from all the employees standing around. She had to handle all those tables alone and literally 4 employees were standing around talking to each other.The food was the worst of the Red Robins I've ever had and it was dirty and sticky in the restaurant.

Seated promptly and the server was friendly but no such thing as "bottomless fries " apparently. A manager walking around stopped and stated she was just asking how our food was, not inclined to get more servings of fries.
