Nice place to eat. Make sure to double-check your receipt before you pay or leave. I was charged for my free appetizer, but they fixed it after I noticed it on my bill. They are friendly and attentive.

Its not worth eating there anymore went pay big price for little food better off at BK its cheaper and better I can't believe how small the burgers are now then the raise the prices forget it

The food is always amazing. Although lately the garlic fries are very soggy and not as much garlic-y as they used to be. Everything else was amazing. The sweet potato fries are always a favorite. The burgers are always hot and cooked to perfection. Our waitress barely spoke to us, didnt look us in the eye, and seemed really annoyed. She probably was having a hard day or something but we definitely felt uncomfortable and unwelcome because of it.

I just don’t think Red Robin will ever get their act together. It seems no matter where I’m at across the country, Red Robin always falls short of expectations. Either bad food, service or dirty will ruin my experience.
The Fresno, CA on Blackstone is no exception. I visited at 2:30pm on a Wednesday and still had to wait for a table to be cleaned, while all I saw in my sight were empty tables! Service wasn’t too bad…we had 4 different people attending to us! We had to ask for silverware and napkins and when they brought them, it was little plastic silverware! They said all the silverware was dirty so they had to use plastic! Ridiculous!
My Chicken Caesar wrap was beyond tasteless. Like they forgot to put the Caesar dressing on it!
All in all, another BAD experience at Red Robin…

I was introduced to Red Robin back in the 1990s in Sacramento, and I fell in love with the place. Well, yesterday I had a medical procedure in Clovis and had been fasting for 15 hours. I decided to go to this Red Robin location for the first time, and I was not disappointed! Our waitresses were both friendly, patient, and helpful, as I was recovering from anesthesia. I ordered the backyard bbq burger, and my caregiver ordered the scorpion burger. Both burgers were juicy, cooked how we ordered them, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. We both requested things not be on our burgers, and they got that right as well. The fries were as good as always, and as usual their Red Robin seasoning blend (in a shaker on every table) made them even that much better! Thank you to the staff for making our experience perfect. I admit, I was naughty and had a Mai Tai (not supposed to have alcohol after anesthesia) and it was also quite excellent!

My first and only emergency visit to this chain. The Bottomless salad, good thought. Vegan burger, good offer. But my order was somehow either cross contaminated or something was spoiled. The aftertaste started immediately, the heartburn soon after and the rest is history.
