Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Honestly I’m disappointed, they don’t bring you the bottomless fries until you get your burger, and it’s quite a bit of wait,once we did get our food, burger and fries were cold and the fries didn’t have much garlic on them. You can’t really call it bottomless fries if you only get 1 serving the entire visit, and have to continuously ask for them, You can’t reorder fries from the kiosk either, I also noticed that management and staff don’t really check in to see if you need anything else either.

Server was very good. Attentive to us. Absolutely beautiful young lady. I love how the hosts' open the doors for us when coming in and leaving. Very cute. And since my mother is handicap. Very Courteous.
FOOD ALWAYS YUMMY. My Avocado chicken salad is so good 👍 the chicken wasn't the rubbery kind as in the other red Robin a few months Back. And my mom's Milkshakes hit the spot for her lol

This our go to location. My wife and kids went there this past Friday for dinner. My wife got the chicken wrap. She ate a few bites then stopped because she said it tasted kinda funny. Wel, she got food poisoning. This weekend has not been fun.

Service was fast. The food was very good taste. The area and the restrooms were clean.

Kayla has got to be one of the worst servers possible. Doesn't check on you. Does not listen when she is taking your order at all and then my entire order arrived and I had to put it together myself. Who does this?!? She did not check on us to see if we needed anything until our plates were empty. The restaurant was not busy at all. She checked on the people behind us 3 times in 15-20min.

Service sucked,the waitress never gave us utensils or napkins. Didn't check on us at all. All the staff there walked away and ignored us when we asked for our waitress. The staff was rude. Never again .

PERFECT for picky eaters!!! I got the chicken tenders and fries with the bbq sauce, it was AMAZING!! I wish the portion size was bigger but overall, amazing place 👍🏻

I used to bring my kids here and now I brought my grandson. They immediately sat us down and gave us bottomless fries soon after along with our drinks. Everyone was really friendly and he had a great time! Food was great! He’s a very picky eater right now but he ate his meal!
