Sadly a very poor impression. For our first time having an acai bowl, the food was ok, very overhyped. However the environment is very awkward. They blast music making it difficult to enjoy dine in. Staff was very unhelpful, got our order wrong and lack communication skills. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I love the rio acai bowl, but my husband was not impressed with his Hawaiian poke bowl. The rice being hot was a surprise to him & he semi expected pineapple in the bowl, but it didn't have that in the description. The to go portions are much bigger than the sit in portions so keep that in mind
I love the service, they are kind and the music is amazing 👏 christian music.

It's a great place for a simple Acai bowl, they also have Poke bowls that are delicious.
Picking up the phone, but not taking phone orders, has got to be one of the most ridiculous practices on the face of the earth. Stopped going here because the food tasted old, heard it got better, I’ll never know though because I won’t return.

The gri in at the cashier was rude didn't help me at all she just sent me to the menu no help at all but the other girl that served me she was amazing that's why am giving more stars... work on your costume services

I used to really like RIO is was really good but i was really disappointed with my recent order. they served me in one bowl ONE sliced strawberry and in another TWO because that one had no other fruit. I was highly disappointed i was a frequent customer.
