I just called to place a takeout order over the phone, but the employee I spoke to sounded rude and ended the call abruptly. When I tried calling back, she hung up on me immediately. This was terrible service they need proper training!

Absolutely ridiculous service here !!!!! Me and my family went to have lunch , we ordered a drink , my sister had her ID , I did not . The waiter DORA glanced shortly at my sisters id without confirming it's her , and told me a picture of my Id wasn't acceptable even tho I had the scan code on the back and proof it was me . DORA went and told the manager I had my sister get me a drink and had the MANAGER Approach me in front of my family to come and take the drink off my table and tell me we're not allowed to drink in this establishment. He said DORA went to tell him I got a drink even after she said I couldn't ! They rudely came and publicly embarrassed me In front of the customers and removed the drink off my table while we were eating . I've never felt so bombarded by a Managment team ever in my life , to embarrass me in front of my family and friends . I will never come back here again and DORA has the worst customer service ever and is so rude !! Keep your money , stay home and enjoy your drinks at home by yourself !

We came to Lazy Dog tonight to celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday we had such a great experience! The staff was great, the manager came out and greeted us and made us feel welcomed, and the food was awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

Dined in at the bar on 3/28 after running some errands. The lady with glasses working at the bar, (unfortunately, I did not get her name), provided me with mediocre service. I initially thought that she may have been having a rough day until she gave the couple that came in after me exceptional service. I even overheard the couple saying how wonderful she was to them. That was the last straw for me because I feel that great customer service should be provided straight across the board. I felt very judged because she would literally ask the couple next to me how they were doing on their meals, and then completely walk pass and ignored me! Absolutely appalling service. The food was decent, ambiance was acceptable, however, the poor customer service was a dealbreaker. Not sure if I would consider returning.

Went there last night (1/18/24) to meet up with friends, was not crowded. We were seated right away. Brielle our waitress was very friendly and took excellent care of us, we got our orders very quickly. Would highly recommend coming here, prices are very reasonable and the quality and quantity is amazing, you won’t leave hungry.

The relaxed atmosphere enhanced our dining experience. We were seated and eating our meal in less than 20 minutes. Brandon, our server, checked on us several times and at the end of the meal made an excellent dessert recommendation, the apple berry pie and ice cream. We did not have to ask for anything, Brandon anticipated what we needed and made sure to get it to us. I would return to this restaurant based solely on his thoughtful and friendly service.

The fabulous service at lazy dog is unique and memorable, and I will be back. I placed an order through the website at the Fresno location. It included a Caesar salad, and my order was delivered without salad dressing. I called and spoke to someone who then referred me to the manager, Lori. Lori assured me that the Caesar dressing at Lazy Dog is the best, it’s homemade, and that I can’t have my salad without it. She personally delivered the dressing to my hotel’s lobby, and brought so much positive energy that it made my night even though I was very hungry & my order was missing something. Lori handed me the bag and informed me that she put a chocolate mousse dessert in the bag. She then proceeded to hand the hotel manager some appetizer coupons for Lazy Dog. Needless to say, more peoples’ nights were made than just mine. Lori’s incredible, caring service is something to be celebrated! Customer service is hard, and it’s hard to find good service. Thank you Lori for putting in so much effort to make people smile!

Great fresh, made from scratch, food! My husband and I went to the Lazy Dog for the first time for lunch! We went in at about 3:15 and decided to order off the lunch menu! Hubby had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it, he liked the coleslaw that came with it. I had a half chicken sandwich, a salad and sweet potato tots with a garlic aioli! My salad was so large that I only had 2 bites of my sandwich which was very yummy and a couple tots! Our Server was awesome (Autumn). She checked on us and was very attentive! Lazy Dog Restaurant is now one of my new favorite places to dine! Thank you, Cynthia and Hubby??

Attempted to eat at Lazy Dog Restaurant. Went to the restaurant with our two dogs and went to the front desk to get a table. We were told..."it will be 15-20 minutes!" So we waited outside. While outside we sat next to a couple who also had a dog and they told us they've been waiting for twenty five minutes. They were also told "10-20 minute wait time!". They went in to check and were told that the people at the table they were designated for haven't left yet so it will be "another 25 minutes!" They left upset but gave our name to take their place. We waited another ten minutes and went inside to check the status of our table and were told "just another THREE MINUTES!" After ten minutes the hostess came out and told us "the people at the table we were designated for haven't left and it will be "another 25 minutes"! Absolutely unacceptable! They should be ashamed of themselves for their terrible customer service by constantly making statements that aren't true. And to make matters worse the hostess knowing we were not happy and going to leave had the nerve to say...."Have a nice day!!" I definitely recommend NOT eating at Lazy Dog restaurant because they don't care about their customers.

Minus four and a half stars. Went to unwind wth a meal, and some brews in good company after work. "Come. Sit. Stay" is their slogan. Rushed service with only 50 percent of tables occupied due to lots of "imaginary friends" visiting. Flat Iron steak was swimming in grease but was nicely cooked and tasty. Cake for desert was good. But after paying an elevated bill for the mediocre quality of service and food, manager Jacob swung nonchalantly by our table and announced to us that he hates doing this but has to tell us that we had overstayed our welcome and 3 hours of consuming food and drink was excessive, so we got booted out of there. To which I can only say: Auf Nimmerwiedersehen! Ciao-ciao per sempre! Tot ziens, voor altijd! Eh bien, je dis bon débarras. Y hasta nunca, por lo que a mí concierne. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere before and don't plan on a repeat. "Come. Sit. Pay and get the f*$& out of here." Is what they are really about. NO THANK YOU! Bye for good Lazy Dog. Well done Jacob!
