Found plastic pieces in my quesadilla(there were smaller pieces I had to pick out). Called them to explain what was in my food. Was not even offered a refund but a re-make. Horrible service
Excellent food and good service!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We love Robertito’s and eat food from there at least once a week, but we will never go to this location again. What I expect from food establishments is, if I order my food and request, say sour cream and pico de gallo, on my nachos, I pay, and they make my food without those, and then promise on my next visit they will make my nachos correctly and on the house, that they will stand by that.
