Ordered lunch no one else in the restaurant, first clue. No hi or how can I help you. Got to listen for 10 minutes while manager or whoever had a customer complaining on speaker phone complaining about food and service as well. I mean at least close the office door come on. Not impressed will not be back.

First employee was using her phone and I was waiting to order. Then veggie nachos with no meat, they raised the price from $7.99 to $11.99. They used to not charge for those jalapeno and carrots. They started charging for those long time ago. Now they are charging for salsa too. They are even worse than taco trucks. Nobody charge for salsa. And price of nachos with no meat is ridiculous. That's why restaurant was empty. Yard House don't even charge that much. I think other reviews are right. They had a new ownership I think a few years ago. Whoever took over ruined the whole restaurant chain. We used to love going to robertito's on Blackstone and gettysburg Avenue. Now we barely go to any robertito once a year I guess. But not anymore.

I’m not a rocket scientist nor am I extra picky! I’m pretty sure greeting your customers with a hello, is something that is standard in the hospitality industry!

Mid food + Horrible customer service = I will not be back!

Poor customer service, not worth the food. I’ve went twice thinking the first time was just a one time bad experience. The first time I went with my sisters when we walked in they instantly gave us looks and then attitude when we ordered. The second time was through the drive through, I told the lady no dairy 2x since I’m allergic. It did. I went in and asked for them to take out the cheese on the beans, I heard laughter in the back and then when I got it back it looked like the beans were splattered in. (Date: 6/21/25, 12:30pm)

Their wet burrito wasn't wet at all. Their Jamica & pineapple Agua fresca were good though!

I dont leave reviews often, but this is nasty. My kids quesadilla was swimming in grease, inedible. I'd go back for a refund, but the lady was so rude I'd rather not have to deal with her again. Super gross.

Very clean robertitos. Food was good as always.

Carnitas were very disappointing. No flavor and no outside crispness. They need to learn how to make authentic food. Very expensive too but everything is these days. I’d say try it , but my family won’t be back.

Ugh I as well should have read the comments first! This place is awful. Rude customer services! I ordered chips and dip and got chips with shredded cheddar cheese and guag poured on top. I personally like my guag thick. The guacamole is runny. Our taco shells were stale and gross. And they are way over priced! Like WAY!
