I don’t understand how these people get paid to do their job, but they always mess up on your orders. Something will be missing. I frequent this place because it’s close and every time I go something is always missing. It is as if they are purposely trying to scam you. One day they leave out the sauce that you have ordered, which they charge $.10 each by the way. Other days they will be missing ingredients like the meat or the cheese. That is why they have a sign that says to check your order before you leave. But the question is why should we have to check our order when they get paid to do their job? If they have a sign like this posted, then I know others experience the same to where they have been scammed by this restaurant. Go here if you want to support these scammers. If you want Mexican food just support a small taco truck nearby.

I am not satisfied with this location. I don't live too far from this one. I always order asada fries. And I always make sure to tell them Crispy or Doraditas, please. & It's like if they don't understand because I always end up getting my fries soggy Or sometimes the food is still cold. It makes me super mad because it takes my appetite away and I end up throwing the food away & let's be honest. Food is not cheap now in days. $20 + Down the drain.... SMFH. Never Again Will I Go To This Location.

The girl answering the phone tonight Monday, September 23 is extremely rude. I was excited to try this new place out and since I was asking questions about what comes on the burrito she got mad, thanks to her we will sadly have to find another place to eat at tonight.

Food is great. Service is good sometimes. I have had this issue at every Robertitos. I ask for no pico or make a slight change to my order it gets done 80% of the time. I always check before I drive home. Inside seems clean but not a lot of people don't utilize the interior which is fine.
