Had the tri tip and the pulled pork sandwiches. They're both good, but on the tri tip you have to tell them to put the barbeque sauce on the side. Or else you'll have mushy bread and sauce everywhere. The potato salad is ok, but it is also to plain. No celery, olives, or pickles in it at all. And my wife didn't like the coleslaw at all. There's a dressing you have to poor over the coleslaw, and she said it was to butter.They give you a lot of meat in both of the sandwiches though.

Just went today to Maderas location service was nice it was almost closing time they didn't care still made my family platter and extra sides that I ordered and it's cheap for what you get will be going back !

hi i was here a couple of days ago and when i got my food the waitress his name was isaiah and there was hair in my food and it looked like there was spit or saliva in my food tell isaiah to do better at his job because i think he’s the one that spit in there thank you and bye never ever coming back there again

Stopped in around 2pm. Service was friendly but the staff member was on her own and clearly struggling to meet demand. (3/5 stars).Chicken combo (1/5 stars) I was very disappointed with the chicken. Over sauced and very, very dry. Pretty much inedible. Not surprising as it came put of a steam table. Definitely NOT worth the wait and $$.Ribs (2.75/5 stars)Ribs were way over cooked as well as over seasoned. Very salty and 3/5 bones had nothing but char on them.Overall the food quality was definitely NOT worth either the wait time or the $$$.

I just tried this place in Madera and I love it. Stacy made me a delicious tri-tip sandwich. So good. I’m glad I live like a 3min walk away.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers from the truck, no one was in front of us but the people behind us got 3 sandwiches and 2 burgers and got their order before us. I don't think they have a ticket system in place to prevent this from happening.Pros: friendly staff and owner, food came out hotCons: no seasoning on burger, small patty/meat to bun ratio, and 1 pickle slice and a packet of ketchup and mustard for the small burger do not make a $10 burger in my eyes. Would give a 2 star but have 3 for friendly staff.

My mom works there they make us feel like family and they have the best food

Been passing this place twice a day for the last few months, finally stopped in. Got the Carnivore fries. For 15 bucks it was huge 3 kinds of meat! Fed me for 3 meals. My only wish was a different type of fries or make them crisper. Everything was so good went back a few days later and grabbed a platter for a birthday dinner, the family loved it! Will definitely become a regular stop for me

i must say i seen there ad on my facebiook and clicked on it a few days ago . since then been very curious about it . today i went ahead and dropped by , the person there was very quick to allow me to try some , boy was i happy . very rich and authentic smoked food .tri tip samazing with the bar b que sauce , the chicken amazingly cooked and boneless also with that awesome bar b que sauce added the sides of rice pilaf and chili beans with a roll too .. i was very amazed with the taste 5 stars is what it is about for sure ... i am very happy i bought my dinner at Robs Bayside BBQ
