Small hole in the wall but this place knows flavor.
Everything we had was excellent. Beans, rice, shrimp tacos, chile verde, breakfast plates, fresh chips. All of the different salsas were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. Great menu and decent prices.

I place an order of 2 Carne Asada Nachos and 1 Carne Asada Fries. I never been to this place before but looking at the reviews I thought to give it a shot, plus it has a 4.7 rating. My honest review is the food is ok, not the best nacho I have ever had, the chips were really greasy the favor of the meat was good, the bottom of the plastic tray that was given hold a lot of oil. The fries was really saggy, could have kept in fryer a bit longer for crispiness but then again I could have ask for that. Not hating on this place but just to give my honest opinion on the food because I do like to try new places in the valley.

Great service, great food. Boyfriend got the asada fries and I enjoyed some birria mulitas; they were tender, juicy and flavorful. Gotta be homemade tortillas, they were SO good. Green salsa is really good too. The customer service was amazing. My favorite place is a truck only open on weekend nights, so this is where I'll be going to get my mexican food fix the rest of the time. Also took 15 minutes to get home and the food held up well

Food is good and authentic, service wise they are all smiles and very helpful, decent atmosphere that is clean and organized. You can say this place is a hidden gem. I've ate the birria grilled cheese with consome and just tried the spicy shrimp burrito. I will be back again to try the chiliquiles burrito.

Small little place, but you are always treated nicely. My go to here are always the homemade fried quesadillas de asada. They are bomb definitely recommend them with the green salsa. The quesabirrias are another favorite.

The birria has huge chunks of fat in it. I guess thats a personal preference some are okay with it some aren't and I couldn't take a single bite without it feeling gooey. The flavors are all really good tho especially the green salsa!
If I could give Roja Bros a 6th star I would. My lunch was absolutely amazing, I immediately hopped on here to write a review. We got the asada taco combo, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, quesa birria taco, and asada quesadilla. Everything we ordered was incredible. I’ll definitely be a regular!

I’ve been on the lookout for good asada fries, and I found some here! Fresh, fully loaded, and absolutely delicious. The prices are affordable—not overpriced at all—and the portions are generous. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I already have a few other menu items in mind that I want to try next time. Can’t wait to come back!

First time here.
I ordered the cucumber agua fresca and the asada Doritos nacho. Both were amazing, fresh and delicious. I was given them green and red sauce bottles on the side for the asada Doritos nacho, however, the asada Doritos nachos tasted extremely well without it. The sauce was a nice addition in flavor, but I ate more than half the dish without it.
Overall a great experience and the meals I ordered were a 5 out of 5. I was a bit taken back by this. Will definitely return to try more.

I had the hotcheeto burrito! That had me full all day. It was really good. My son had the birria tacos he enjoyed it except for the beans they had a weird taste. He said beans tasted spoil. I tried it. There was a sour taste too it!. Which sucks could of been of a 5 star!.
