Romano's Macaroni Grill

The service is always fantastic! The food beyond delicious. Took our 1yr old and she enjoyed coloring. Her favorite was the lobster bisque & bread lol barely touched her spaghetti ?

We dined at Macaroni Grill yesterday evening. When we walked in the door we were welcomed by the staff and the delicious aromas of fine Italian cuisine. We were seated and tended to promptly. Our waiter Aaron took excellent care of us. Great job. My fiance ordered the Mama's Tro and I ordered the porterhouse steak with mashed potatoes and greens. Which both came out absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the memorable dining experience.

The food was delicious and our server, Josh, was very attentive. He did a great job explaining the menu. There was a slight wait for our entrees, but not awful. Wish we lived closer, we would become regular customers.

I love Romano's Macaroni Grill so much I had them cater my wedding. It's great food, I would even call it gourmet Italian food. It really should be more popular.

Visited for the first time during the holidays. We were warmly greeted by one of the managers, James. Unfortunately, our visit was not what we expected. They were out of salmon and pizza. The drinks took a while to come out and my kids noodles came out cold.

This place has been here forever! My dad remembers it being there when he was younger and I can't remember a time when it wasn't there. The food was really good. I got the lamb shank. My dad got a salad with salmon on top. The salmon was incredibly moist and well cooked. My lamb was pink in the center, just the way it was supposed to be. The service was ok. We had a gift card and had some issues with that and tipping, but overall the staff was friendly and tried to answer our questions best they could.

Well came here for the first time tonight. Stood at the host stand with 5 servers around. No one said a single word to us or greeted us for several minutes. So we left. Wanted to treat my wife to a nice dinner for her birthday but I will now take my money somewhere that deserves it....

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I got to say the customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept regularly. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

I was livid to find out this place will not grill macaroni for you. But we ordered a pizza and some apps and it was great so all was forgiven. Peppers and goat cheese ?

First time here tonight and I will definitely never return. 6:15 res arrived at 6:05 and weren’t seated til 6:30, hostess had to come and ask what name we were under cause they forgot us. Waited about 10 mins just for drinks. My sons ravioli came out first, about 15 mins later my wife and I received our food. Totally unacceptable. I had the lobster ravioli, undercooked and portion was really small for the price. Wife had the pizza and she didn’t care for it, some pieces had flour all over the bottom. Also ordered the Parmesan fries and they never came. Big disappointment.

Went to this Fresno location on Christmas evening. We had 6:30 reservations and arrived a bit early and we were seated promptly. It was clear from the start the restaurant was overrun. There is a thin line between the need for revenue and damage to a long established brand. It was obvious that the patrons who were there when we were there were disappointed, frustrated and angry. Our meal arrived 90 minutes after were ordered and several items were forgotten. Our server never gained control of her area. A party of three was seated when we arrived and had not received there meal at the time that we left. I appreciate the fact that the restaurant was open, however I don’t think I will return on a major holiday. When the service is so bad and the experience is so frustrating the memory of dining at Macaroni Grill is not a good one.

This used to be very popular, We dined here after a few years . The food quality was excellent. They really do need to do themselves a favor and give the place a scrub down and a clean. A lot of guests complained about the smell, we were told it is the fire place. The rest rooms are in a Gastly state. The question is do we go back for the good food. That's up to the owners if they feel like dusting off the check book and invest in some cleaning

Italian food and the scene here is above par. Dropped in on Tues. The staff was very sociable and kind. The bill was average for the menu.

Food is always good. Waiter/waitresses are great except when its time for food to be delivered..... last 3 times parties of 3,4 and 6 food doesnt come out at same time +/- 5 min. Not the worst thing to happen but when we go to eat as a family, we would all like to eat at the same time.
