Never had ann issue with their food, but today that changed when I pulled out a long piece of hair out of my sandwich. I did notice that none of the workers wear hair nets when working in the back. Won’t be returning until a policy is in place for hair nets.

I’m giving service 1 star because when ordering my sandwiches I told the cashier before hand no pickles on 1 sandwich due to allergies. I happen to glance over as the sandwhiches were being made the cashier put pickles on both, I told her no pickles ; she then takes them off with the same gloves she touch the pickles with and added more cheese to cover up the juice from the pickles now I’m paying for the price because I didn’t want to cause an issue

I ordered a bacon sandwich bacon was more raw than cooked. Bread was dry and old. Not enough lettuce or tomatoes. Just very boring and raw and over-priced for how it was. It made ok dog food .

The food is great. There is nowhere to eat inside though. And they currently aren't accepting EBT. I didn't need EBT to eat there today, BUT NO ebt is a big deal for Romeos. Its part of what makes them awesome. Without it, people are just making trips to be rejected by payment method.
