Rosas was fantastic! I loved their enchiladas and their red sauce was excellent. Like exactly what I was looking for. The tortilla chips were genuine and paired with their excellent people de Gallo salsa. We both had a really good time eating here!

We miss our Clovis Rosalinda’s, but we will be back here @the Bullard & West location like we used to in Clovis about 3x a month. Prayers to the Rosalinda Familia.

I was a bit disappointed in the albondigas soup. The meat balls were hard, and the broth was a light tomato base, There were very few vegetables-no cabbage. It was basically a light broth-not a hearty meal as I expected.

Experience was just meh... Albondigas was barely passable. They must be cooking for old delicate white folk because there was NO spiciness to it at all. Tried to order chips and salsa and while the chips were GREAT the pico de gallo was disgusting. Wherever they buy their tomatoes needs to be reevaluated. Buy them ripe or grow them yourself!

Best Mexican food I've experienced in a while. Price is right and parking is easy.
Homemade corn tortillas. Oh I hear they have a full bar for your Margarita lovers.

I was in a party of about 6, traveling from out of town, and heard some good things about the place. Although they were supposed to be open for another 90 minutes one night, they told us as we were walking in that they were closed and this was on a weeknight. There were people still seated, hours posted on the windows, and an "Open" neon sign turned on. Must be nice to be able to afford to turn away business.
Never will try here again.

Our server was Betsy. She was completely and absolutely wonderful!!
She treated us like family. A++ food and service. Margaritas on the rocks was delicious and the Verdi sauce on our shrimp enchiladas was first rate.
