Rosa Linda's Fine Méxican Cuisine

I was in a party of about 6, traveling from out of town, and heard some good things about the place. Although they were supposed to be open for another 90 minutes one night, they told us as we were walking in that they were closed and this was on a weeknight. There were people still seated, hours posted on the windows, and an "Open" neon sign turned on. Must be nice to be able to afford to turn away business.
Never will try here again.

Our server was Betsy. She was completely and absolutely wonderful!!
She treated us like family. A++ food and service. Margaritas on the rocks was delicious and the Verdi sauce on our shrimp enchiladas was first rate.

ASKED for their homemade tortilla for a taco and no quac. Came with a store bought tortilla, informed our waitress of the opps, and she yelled back no, you did not. Shocked we said yes and change it, came with quac, and sent that back. The owner checked on us and we asked for boxes since our request fell on defeat ear with our waitress. First time this happened will be back.

Parking: My other plate was chicken and steak, heavy on chicken lite on beef.

Smirky, rude waitress..and the food is subpar. Gave this place a second chance and will not go back just due to the rude staff. Also ordered a shrimp burrito. That was literally full of rice and beans with probably one shrimp, chopped up and a tiny little bits. What a joke.

Dine in because if you order to go you'll get your order screwed up beyond belief. If the older lady answers ask for the young lady or the cool white guy cause they'll get your order right. I said please no guacamole 2x because I'm allergic to tomatoes. What do I get tomatoes and guacamole. The food was COLD didn't realize until I got to the car. And it didn't sit! I ordered the food while waiting out front. Bummed.
